I've been waiting all day!!!! I was thinking I wouldn't be able to see an addition today! Tazxtr, keep it up man. I hope I see Dhuckc cast some spells! I do little rhyming things, I'd sound so sophisticated with your words coming out of my mouth!!! LOL!!

I should be careful of what I wish for, characters in these kind of stories don't have long lives!!! Even if I end up toast, it was an honor to be in the story!!!!

Back home Nyasia and Angela and readying themselves to rest in their coffins. I, however await the sun, for the first time in neary a two thousand years.

Nyasia: Brother, are you sure this will work?

Rocker: I don't know. I trust in Sarus. He's done only good for me.

Angela: The sun, just saying it gives me the creeps.

Nyasia: She's right. Don't go out there looking for a tan brother dear.

Rocker: Dawn is coming. We will soon find out.

As they fall into slumber , I secure the rooms containing them. I then make certain the masters room is secure as well. Then I head for the door and slowly open it. I become nervous and shut it quick. I catch my breath and open it again. Slowly creeping outside. Then for the first time, I see it. It stings my eyes, my skin however remains unharmed. The sun. Oh how long has it been since you were taken from me. The blue sky, the rays of light on the clouds. My skin warmed for the first time in ages. So much has passed since I rejoiced in it's beauty.

It has been a long time since I shed a tear, but tonight. No, TODAY. The vampire will cry.

I spent the entire day out in the light. The first time seeing the sun shine of the waters. Seeing the children play in the parks. Feeling human , mortal once again. Such joy, such utter joy. I spend the last hours of light at central park, into the night. Back to my reality.

Rocker: How did you find me?

Nyasia: I have known you long enough to figure out where you would want to spend your time, out in thr sun.

Rocker: Damn. The files?

8th: Luckily, still here. WE just had them removed.

Doorman: Dr. Timony. The Limo has arrived to take you to the airport.

Mary: Thank you Charles. I'm just getting the last of my things ready.

Doorman: How long will you be in New York Doctor.

Mary : One week Charles. One week.

(phone ringing)

Mary🙁answering) This is Mary.

General Thompson: Doctor. Hi, this is General Thompson. We are going foward with the Drone test later today. Your help on the Night Stalker program has brought us to this point. However, the EDTA you are developing we'll need soon.

Mary: Yes General. We are almost done. May I ask why the General is in a hurry?

General Thompson: We are increasing in attacks. We are targeting the leadership covens now.

Mary: Has the house passed the bill?

General Thompson: No. we are not waiting. We will begin to soften their defenses. That will make things easier for us in the long run.

Nyasia: We still have our advantages brother. We still have the ability to fight.

Rocker: Then find them sister. Tommorrow I begin my end of this game we play. I have been given a false identity to infiltrate the human military board. To find out where they are getting their information from, and what they plan to do with it.

8th: You have your hands full.

Rocker: Yes I do. In the interim, 8th you as warlord will have to prepare our army. Nyasia and Angela will take care of security.

Nyasia: Fine. We should begin with our covens in the city.

Rocker: Get your reports.

I finish our meeting and then 8th and I make our way to the Master.

Rocker & 8th: (kneeling) Master.

Lord Sarus: Rise, my sons.

8th: Master, we are losing too many covens. We cannot continue at this rate.

Lord Sarus: All in due time my sons. We have other covens preparing as we speak. I have spoken to the other Overlords.

Rocker: What do they say?

Lord Sarus: They agree we should retaliate. Make our bite sting.

Rocker: Master, is that wise?

Lord Sarus: Is there a choice my son?

8th: We will need to move quickly on all ends.

Lord Sarus: We will. Prepare for the end..........
