Today, I went into TOWER RECORDS down the road from my house. I was really reluctant in going to the dance section for CDs because they havent had any freestyle since 96 there. But to my surprise, they erected a 4'x5' stand entirely to FREESTYLE!!!!! I was in HEAVEN!!!!!
There was a large selection there. The cds werent even piled next to each other. there was enough room and the cds faced "face front" (not like library books where you only read whats on the spine.)
The cds I saw were DENINE, TKA, K7 W/ TY BLESS, a bunch of STEVIE B's, JOHNNY O, CYNTHIA, JUDY TORRES, LISSETTE MELENDEZ, LIL SUZY (I know Im going to hate myself for saying this but INFORMATION SOCIETY) & THE COVERGIRLS! They all had individual cards with thier names on them.
Of course, they had BAD BOY JOE cds as well as THE FREESTYLE GREATEST HITS 1-10.
Does this seem like the start to something "fresh and new"????
