It's been about 14 years that I have waited to meet one of the classic names in Freestyle>>"Tony Moran"<<<.Today was truly a great day for me.I finally got to meet Tony at HMV in Manhattan after so many years.I was like a kid in a candy store and made it obviuos what an honor it was to meet him. It was clear that he too felt a great appreciation for my being there.Of course I told him how much his work in Freestyle meant to me and that I found out about his being at HMV on "CLUBFREESTYLE". I watched the master at work while spinned.Tony was not there to spin Freestyle but to promote his new Global Groove "House" cd but It didn't matter to me...I got the thing signed. It was the best feeling any Freestyler like myself could get just being in his presence. The note on the bottom of the inner sleeve reads "A down-to-earth guy.Tony wins people over with his amazing talent, warm heart and great smile" This is very true and what made my meeting him even more memorable, the fact that he was totally cool! WOW!! Im jealous!!! 🙁 lol j/k Nah seriously its an honor. This man...his voice is so...heartfelt! Latin Rascal...I have his album. And the Latin Rascal CD. What an honor for me to keep these great songs for the years to come cause I can't stop playing them! Man Tony Moran kicks ass period!

I have the Latin Rascals full length LP on vinyl just as the day I bought it.Which by the way Enigma, you know that picture on the cover of their album? That was taken right here on Long Island not far from where I live.It was defintely an honor to meet him.In keeping with my promise to him you can check out Tony Moran at WWW.TONYMORAN.com. He also mentioned the possibility of a greatest hits cd which would be a great seller I think.As for now I'm "On the edge of Time" and gotta cut out.C ya later people.
