Tony Moran Same Sun Same Sky CD

Does anyone know why the Tony Moran Same Sun Same Sky CD never officially was released. I have my copy from e-bay......and I love it. Too bad the masses did not get to buy it. What was the story with it. Was is because the first single Same Sun Same Sky was not a hit?
