As a radio DJ myself I will continue to air Old and New school freestyle on the air. Plus I have been getting good feedback about the new schoolers.
 
Listen I Respect The Fact That The Old School Artists Gave Us Freestyle Music Just As Old School Hip Hop Artists Gave Us Rap Music. But As You Can See Hip Hop Has Evolved Because They Didnt Sit There Playing Only The Old Stuff. They Gave The New Hip Hop A Chance And Look How It Has Emerged. The Same Needs To Be Done For Freestyle Music.

so is it our fault that the DJ, or radio stations don't want to play the new school?

Judy made a duet with Artie, you have Willie Valentin, (who started back in the day) but is considered New shcool, he has done wonders with his new school, you can't say the Old school are not trying to incorporate with the new. Maybe not in your opinion , but in the opinion of the masses where it shows.

We need to move on now from this topic. We got allot to do.

We are going to head up some new initiatives this year

here @ CF. Things that will continue our tradition of

publicizing freestyle in a positive way.

We will be calling on new school artists and we will

see who comes through - then we will do everything

we can to keep their names and music prominent.

I also hope to see the LEGENDS with some new styles

of Freestyle up in here.
