This song was released by Tommy Boy, and featured the "TKA Disciples" in 1985.

Alright, It's time for me to post the answer..
The name of the group was Rock Squad, the song was called "Facts Of Life" produced by no other than Latin Rascals, Singing by the TKA Disciples, Spider was in TKA also. As I said the song was released on Tomy Boy Records in 1985.

The DJ in Rock Squad called himself DJ. Eazzy P, his real name was Parrish J Smith, later he became known as the P in EPMD, Erick and Parrish Makin Dollars.

I guess none of you knew it huh?😀
