To all those who have the album TKA Greatest Hits on both CD and tape...have you noticed that the version of "Maria" that is on the CD is different from the one on the tape? The CD has the extended mix, while the tape has the edit with the nicer intro... I wish they would've put this version on the CD instead of the tape... i wonder why they decided to do this.

It is probably out of print by now, but it is definitely worth the search.

hey you guys that was very useful information. i have been haunting for this version for quite some time now. the reason why like it so much like Arturo said is because of the melodic intro in the very beginning of the track. it also gets right down to business the other version has this really long intro and is just full of stops and extra exhausting beats. of course we wouldnt be saying this if we were all accustomed to just the tape version of that song and we were just to hear that infamous extended version now.

my question is. how the hell am i going to find this compilation?
 
Just a slight correction there Arturo (don't wanna step on yer toes) I've got the tape sittin in front of me and the serial number says QCS 2163 not QCD 2163 (oh well I might be being anal here) sorry...

I don't recall mentioning the serial number for the TKA Greatest Hits album...anyways the serial number for the tape and CD that i have are TBC 1040 and TBCD 1040, respectively...
 
ITS TRUE!!! i had both on tape and cd...the tape is better...and if u notice on k7's album earlier versions had a diffrent kindof sounding zunga zang...but now on the ones out its the other version...🙂

I was the one who posted the catalog number of the This Is Freestyle 3 CD compilation. What I posted is exactly what my CD has written on it. Your version has QCS on it because that denotes you have an audio cassette, while my version has QCD on it because it denotes I have the CD version.

I'm looking for the radio version too. I have the extended on the Greatest Hits cd. I can't find the "This Is Freestyle 3" cd anywhere. I do have the radio version on a bootleg cd, but the quality is horrible.
