Toni this is why you need to do an internship at a record company... Im being serious. Take an internship so you can know the inner working of the biz, and why these things occur. You seem to have a keen insight on a lot of it's aspects but you need to get the actual facts, you might be another Tracey Cloherty(Program Director ..)
I'm as disappointed as you are when my expectations aren't met, so trust me, there are good reasons as to why these things happen.

five freestyle sounding songs???? thats a good start...i am listening...so why dont u let us preview that, instead of the house one???? for real...u know i even liked kayels song...was listening to it today....JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS OVER, la la la la...i mean if u let us hear some freestyle i think u would have a lot more love being shown to you...from myself and many others

HiYa TyBless, Toni, Rosco and everyone!

😀 Well first of all after seeing TKA this past Friday night at my local club I STRONGLY disagree that freestyle doesn't appeal to the masses anymore (as Rosco said in his post earlier)! The crowd reaction was STRONG to their old school classic hits.

They introduced the new song "Feel The Music" towards the end of their set, and the boys really put their heart and soul into the song when they sang it, but the crowd reaction (in my opinion) was one of surprise/disbelief, and then it was (in my opinion again lol) moderately accepted with some fans moving along to the beat. I have to get used to that song yet.

My fave so far that we have had the opportunity to preview has been "U Don't Feel It". I would have liked to see them introduce as one of their new songs either that one, or the Spanish version of "Feel The Music". This club was really hyped up to see TKA, and it looked like an old school crowd, and alot of Latin fans were there.

I support these guys in anything they do, if they want to try something new, I'm sure that they are fully aware that they are taking a chance that it won't go over big, but they'll NEVER KNOW if they don't take a risk and try.

I think the new cd will have a little bit of everything to please the masses, and I predict it will be successful. Maybe TyBless doesn't want us to hear the songs that he is pretty sure that we'll like. I feel that it would help him and TKA alot more in the long run to introduce us to the songs that are different than what we're used to from them, so that they can get our opinions and reactions, regardless of whether they're negative or positive. I feel privileged that as members of CF we can help him and TKA by being their sounding board, and preview songs that have yet to be released.

If some of the songs on the new cd are what Ty considers freestyle, GREAT! I just listened to "Scars Of Love" tonight and I like, for example, "It's Got To Be Love", and I think of that song as more of a slow song, and I really like it! Is it freestyle? Not in my opinion because of the beat I was hearing, but nonetheless these guys have beautiful voices, they harmonize well, and their vocals are strong on their songs! The other tracks on the new cd sound cool! I'm not into House/Trance, but besides freestyle TKA can really sing a slow jam well in my opinion! I wish them the best of luck with the new cd.

PLEASE don't push the release back to October 23rd if you don't have to!🙁

Exactly like i said before TKA makes music and as ty once said catogorize it as you like. Its music that will make you dance
