Patty, the plate is probably real.

The owner got a plate that reads TKA 377, and realized who TKA is, and decided to try to sell the plate to get cash.

itlnprincess posted that her plate was stolen, but I think it was a vanity plate she had made. It wasn't a random plate with TKA on it. If I remember right, her plate said "freestyle".
