the song you are looking for is "Never stop loving you" by HI IMPACT.
It came out more than 10 years ago--maybe 15 years I think. It was released on CBS/SONY/COLuMBIA records. They only released it as a 12" single, I don't think it is on any cd or compilation. My friends and I have it somewhere in our old crates from back in the day. Good luck!
