First off I have been searching this site too long without regestering, so today i took the plunge. Ive been into freestyle since the early 90's, growing up to this music and having a mother as cool as mine who introduced me to this music.
I really enjoyed the freestyle collection that tommyboy / timber made back in the 90's. But with all the new artists that have arrived since then, i think many of them are worthy of placing on a mega compilation.
Think about it...
a 12 Disc definitive collection of freestyle artists, new and old. Throw a DVD /w music videos & interviews in there ( this has been done, but not as effective ). Bet your bottom dollar I would be first in line to purchase such a collection, even if I have to shell out $100+ for it
I have seen plenty of other compilations in the past, but theres room for improvement.
Can anyone clarify the rumor of J-Lo doing a freestyle album....I keep hearing about this ?
