this isn't a poem just something I wrote

You asked me the other day why did I leave? Why did'nt I hang on a little while longer. I took your family away, I destroy us. How soon you forget.

I did'nt take anything away from you. You threw it away. How long was I suppose to take the insults, the look of hate that came from your eyes. The same hand you use to make love to me you use to hurt me with. Did you forget the slaps, the kicks, the punches? Well I did'nt.
I was'nt perfect and never will be but I didnt deserve that.


I grew up and became a women mayby you should do the same and become the man you love to claim to be. Own up to it.
