Thank you Jenny! That's why I love looking at her eyes because they do stand out. One of my son's friends said her eyes like clear blue marbles. :lol

Jenny, her other grandmother has hazel eyes, and on both sides of the family there are blue eyes. Mind you this child was made by 2 brown eyes parents. So it is true that 2 browns can make a blue. 🙂
 
The female is the one that carries the gene for the color of the eyes, even though both parents have brown if the mother has light eyes in her family and it skips a few generations someone will have light eyes. Genetic specialist who knows my teacher told her.

Its soooo true. my mom has hazel eyes and my neice was born with green/hazel eyes. And she was both made by 2 brown eyed parents!
