Cuz it's so long...and there is a character limit per post I'm gonna have to do this in parts till I figure something else out...

Part 1

1-How long have you been singing?
I’ve always enjoyed humming to music or just sitting there listening to music ever since I was small, but I actually started singing when I was 12 years old at a cousins wedding. That’s how everything started.
I grew up with a typical Italian family and after I had finished singing the whole family jumped me saying how good I was etc etc, so after that day I just started singing more and more.

2-How did you get “discovered”?
Honestly, it happened so fast or maybe it seemed that way because I was so excited. I had a friend of mine who knew that I was looking to get somewhere in singing...and so he told me that he knew a Freestyle Artist named Zoe. I was very shocked and in away I didn’t believe him so he tells me to give him all the information about my self so he can pass it on to Zoe. So I took the chance and gave him all my contact info… the next morning I found a message on my cell phone from Zoe speaking about taking her Melody Classes. Anyways (lol) to cut the story shorter I started taking Melody (vocal) classes with Zoe and she is the one who discovered that I had the voice and the potential, and told me about the Planet Freestyle Compilation. We took it from there and next thing you know after months of training, dedication and work I recorded “Next to you”.

3-Freestyle isn’t the most popular choice of music. Why do you still sing it?
I grew up with Freestyle, it’s apart of me. I grew up with listening to Stevie B and Lil Suzy, Shannon and all the known artists. My cousins were Freestyle "Ginos" haha! I don’t know it’s true it’s not THE MOST popular choice of music but I love it, and I believe it’s the lyrics in the music that got me and just the rhythm and flow of the music ...like a Spanish melody. There’s no other explanation I just Love it haha!!

4-Do you plan on singing any other types of dance?
Yes!! Most defiantly!! I love Freestyle just as much as I love Euro .and vocal trance. Actually I am having a new Euro song coming up soon! I want to put out music that people can relate to and people can put themselves in the music and be like "Hey, this is me!" Its not just about the music or the beat, it’s about what the listener is going to feel when they listen to your song... I’m up to doing anything really whatever makes me and of course the listener happy.
A-How about other types of music, such as rock or hip hop?
To tell you the truth they are both great genres of music, but I don’t see my self in hip hop (lol)... Rock maybe a smooth rock track would be nice, like a Bon Jovi type of song or a Def Leopard type of track... I can’t really listen to too much of Heavy Metal or anything hard like that because after 10 seconds I get a headache (lol). But hey who knows what can happen in the future.
B-How about Pop?
A pop song would be great too... I think Pop is closer to dance and freestyle then anything else so I would consider doing a Pop track definatly.

5-You’re new to the scene, what is the hardest part about making a name for yourself?Well (lol) being new is not easy I think it would be the fact that I’m a young artist, I have one song so far, so its harder to get out there ... When you’re a young artist like I am you just need the faith and patience to know that your still new, things will come around and people will start noticing you in time. It doesn’t happen over night, you have to work at it.

6-It’s a tough business. Stress and hard work are just some of the negative sides to it. What is the one thing that makes it all worth it?
It is a very tough business and very stressful, but what business isn’t? Life is based that way you have your ups and you have your downs, you just have to learn to deal with them...and in the end there’s always something that makes it all worth it. For me what makes it worth it is the feeling when I get on stage... When I am on stage I like to feel my music and feel how the crowd is liking it and Its amazing to see when those people are out there dancing to YOUR song and singing along with Your Lyrics its an incredible feeling that I will never be able to explain, its a feeling that I never thought I'd feel before and THATS what makes it all worth it! for me.. just knowing that you go through bad times and you go through good times, but for me when I am on stage all the bad things disappear and I just focus on what’s there in front of me and move on to a whole new different page.

PART2
7-What are some of you’re goals?
Europe... I'd like to release songs in other languages too such as Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, It's one of my dreams I'd like to fulfill hopefully they come true =)
A-What are some of the goals you’ve accomplished?
You know I used to go to Z103.5 concerts at the docks and I'd look at that huge stage and picture one of my shows being there. Then I'd see all those artists come out and perform on stage and I'd always say to my self “one day you'll be up there too doing what you love" and I set out and made it into a goal... I used to walk into stores and look at all the dance compilations and I used to think to myself “Who knows maybe one day you’ll be in stores on a cd and release a song of your own, that people will love sing along to and most of all relate to”. So I set that as one of my goals too! Those are two goals that I have accomplished. I performed at the docks and the bonus was I opened up the show for Lil Suzy and Shannon show and I am on a cd compilation in stores with my own song that people hopefully relate to =)

8-When freestyle was at its peak you were just a kid. How were you exposed to it?
I was exposed to it by my freestyle "Gino" cousins, all they listened to was FREESTYLE, I would go to their house I would hear Stevie B blaring in one room and Lil Suzy in another haha!! They were the ones who introduced to me to freestyle and it grew on me.
A-What are some of your favourite freestyle singers?
Wow!! Haha lets see there’s a lot of them. I will name all my favourite artists in general who inspired me .. My number one artist who inspired me would have to be Selena a Mexican Tejano singer who was killed, she started singing at the age of 9 and she followed her dreams until the end and I really look up to her for that.. Out of freestyle artists I'd have to say Zoe, Stevie B, Lil Suzy and Shannon.
B-What are some of your favourite freestyle songs?
Lil Suzy- Take me, Promise Me,
George Lamond - With out you
Zoe- Live with out you, This isn’t love anymore, This feeling, It’s not enough
Stevie B- Spring Love, Dream about you
Nice & Wile- Diamond Girl
Shannon- Let the music play

9-Who have you worked with in the industry?
So far I have worked with Zoe, Chris and Kathy Phillips, everyone on the cd (The Return Of Planet Freestyle) of course. I opened up a show for Lil Suzy and Shannon... I've also come into contact with Mickey Garcia from New York =)
A-Who would you like to work with that you haven’t yet?
With all honestly I'd love to work with Stevie B because I haven’t met him yet either and I’m anxious to meet him. There’s another person who I'd like to work with but hey (lol) it’s just one of my dreams and that’s Bryan Adams, I love his songs especially “Everything I do I do it for you”

10-How did you get the chance to perform at Mickey Garcia’s birthday bash?
Well “Next to you” has been playing on Latino Mix in New York for quite sometime now and it has done great there a lot of people deemed it to be a hit! Which made me very happy =) So a lot of people there and a DJ who loved my song wanted me to go so I was invited to go and perform at his Birthday Bash!
A-Describe it.
One of my dreams and actually one of my goals was to perform out of Canada... there is no real word that I can put together to make anyone understand what it felt like performing in New York, it was absolutly AMAZING… that’s the best word that can describe ... I know I have support here in Canada but I didn’t know what to expect from the people in New York. Well to my surprise they loved me; they loved “Next to you” and my performance. When I saw everyone singing along and dancing and cheering it just gave me a feeling of accomplishment that yet another one of my goals was succeeded

PART 3

11-Who are some of your favourite Canadian freestyle artists?
I'd have to say Zoe. She has done a lot for me and has supported me ever since I started working with her; I look up to her a lot. She reminds me of the older sister I never had...and not to mention she has great talent and is sharing it with everyone through her music, her songs, and Melody.
A-What are some of your favourite Canadian freestyle songs?
“So Excited” By Luca
Anything by Kathy Phillips, Freda or Zoe

14-Do you right your own music?
“Next to you” was written by Me, Kathy Phillips, Zoe and Producer Chris Phillips.

Fave singer---Selena and Zoe
Fave song---“Spring love”
Fave food---Pasta and pizza
Fave color---Any shade of blue
Fave actor/actress ---Jennifer Lopez and Jim Carrey
Fave movie---Selena, and hahhahaa Texas Chainsaw Massacre hahaha
Pass time/hobby other than singing---Dancing, going clubbing, chilling with friends
Worst quality---Don’t piss me off and everything will be ok =) ahahaha, also too trusting which means I’ve been hurt a lot
Best quality---If you ask for the world I’ll give you the universe just don’t take advantage
Worst habit---Leaving things to the last minute and then having to go crazy and doing things all at once so it can be done faster and then it turns out really really bad lol
Words to live by---“Follow your heart and not your mind because your heart will never lead you the wrong way” also “Life has its good times and its bad times we just have to deal with what comes our way the best we can and have faith that there is someone always watching over us.”
