We can take the trains tomorrow 🙂.

Don't know why they decided on no strike, but there are too many people in the City to be striking like that. Maybe they realized it would cause chaos and too much police activity. 😉
 
Humm, what channel are you watching because from my TV they have yet to say if a strike will happen, even though I know already that they will come to some type of agreement and not strike at all. STRIKE! STRIKE! STRIKE!

Well I was watching channel 7 (ABC) last night, and they said no strike at the time that I watched it.

But the stupid union is still trying to push for one.

Look, if they really wanted to go on strike they would have done so since 12:01 a.m. today. I think they are bullshitting if you ask me. Look at what time it is now 10:53 a.m., almost 12 hours after their contact expired.

This happened before and the law prevented the workers from going on strike. The only reason why they were able to strike back in 1980 was because there was no law prohibiting them from doing so.
 
from what I heard, the workers will start striking in stages starting at one point today. Different lines will be done, with more workers following the strike as the days go on.
 
Well then I guess the City will have to lose money then. They can stike all they want, they just better be ready for a lot of chaos and crime.
 
They have extended the deadline...I think until Sunday at midnight. The MTA is standing firm on their final offer.

They are still a bunch of bastards. I hate them for this. They just don't seem to understand that it will cause chaos and crime, and not only that, the economy is going to go down. Dumb idiots.
 
I know right? I want a raise and I don't work for MTA (Thank the Friggin Lord)!!! LOL

But they sure do act like they are the only ones.
