Oh dayum...this thread brought so many flashbacks! In fact I still have some of my old toys, like my Cabbage Patch, She-ra, Popples, Teddy Ruxpin....half of these I still have! LOL Also, anyone remember the Wuzzles? They were supposed to be half human, half some other creature. I came across one of the books I used to have as a kid. I also have a bunch of Care Bears stuff, Strawberry Shortcake, Rainbow Bright...etc etc.

Anyone remember Shirt-Tales? I still have my Pammy stuffed animal. LOL
 
I never missed an episode of T-Shirt Tales. I love the Mr T cartoon.

The A-Team was so funny. They used to shoot all that amunission and never hit a lick!!LOL.

Night Rider was The Bomb. I wanted mom to by a black 1983 Trans Am. I used to think all Black Trans Am's could talk like KITT.
 
McGayver was the man!!! I liked how he used to find trash and make bombs and weapons out of them!! I loved how he made a gun out of a sipping straw!!!!LOL.
 
Awesome show.

I was really hooked on The Facts Of Life. Trudy was a cutie. Jo was the bomb, she used to cuss Blair out all the time. It was so funny. And in the later years when they had the shop, a then young George Clooney was the handy man. He sure had lots of hair then!!LOL

I was a Cabbage Patch nut! I had about 8 of them! I'll never forget when I got a phone call from Macys around 9:00 one winter night because the got in the baldie that i wanted! Me and my parents rushed there before the store closed lol And they had the Babyland General store in the city..my dad's office was upstairs from it, so i thought that was so cool. I remember going there and naming a baby when it came out of the cabbage patch lol

I was jealous of my sister because she had 4 CABBAGE PATCH KIDS! I know i was a boy and my COLECOVISION but she had this one, bald headed baby that was a girl and i wanted it and i was gonna write COLECO and have her sex changed and a new name of "ROCKY".

my mom got 3 of the CABBAGE PATCH KIDS for free because at the height of its popularity, COLECO (who made the CPK) had an offer where if you bought a COLECOVISION & a cartridge,you would get a CPK doll for free in the mail! so, my mom bought one COLECO, got a kid for free, then she bought me an expansion module, used that UPC and got another one then she bought the ROLLER CONTROLLER and got another one for free!

what gets me is why didnt COLECO check the serials numbers on the proofs of purchase?

well, i know this is the wrong thread to bring this up in but when they said the 3 top make out songs of 1989 they left out BANGLES "ETERNAL FLAME".

And for 1982 they they forgot the ultimimate make out jam of that year; Patti Austin/James Ingram-Baby Come To Me. That song became popular being played on General Hospital during a Luke and Laura make out scene. Boy were they an annoying couple in the early 80's. All that was talked about was Luke and laura!! :blah
 
Fisher Price's Little People I loved being a child of the 80's lol. dont u guys all remeber the Hugga Bunch and those dolls-My Buddy and Kid Sister? lol. i still remeber the song from the commericial. lol
