Hey fellow freestyle freeks! Some probably have seen my other post before and i described how im 16 and that i love freestyle even though all of my friends and peers at school dont. Well heres a little more about myself:
My real name is Awinna (a-wee-nn-a) and im just a normal teen like all others. I run track for my school and it takes up most of my time. Believe it or not i only have one other artist in my list of favorites other than all my freestyle artists and its lenny kravitz(dont hate me u guys🙄 i still love coro my freestyle husband lol, stevie b, noel, and johnny o.:hearton ) its just a thing i have had since like the 7th grade even before i listened to freestyle but now im more into freestyle more than ever and im tryin to keep it alive amongst my peers. Ive been tryin to get all the younger freestyle listeners to email me at ghettolilangel555@yahoo.com to get together in support of a chat room im tryin to get for the freestyle youngheads.
holla back 1

hey hey coro's girl, your friends at school don't like freestyle either? I have the same problem at my school- no one likes it! I tried to play tka in class once and they hated it. shoutouts to those like us - the younger generation that manages to like freestyle. there's a few of us young ones like you here to talk to as well.

CORO'S GIRL, WHAT'S UP!!
Congrats on all those races that u always win!

How u doin Awinna
Its nice too see a younger generation lovin freestyle music.
Though freestyle has its classic singers and classic songs like your favorite "Coro",freestyle is continuing its music through a new generation of freestyle singers in which they sound pretty good.And of course I cannot forget the originals who started it all.
I can tell u one thing,the only thing I wish u would've experience back in the days was the club scene especially here in NYC.
Its too much to list but two of my favorites were funhouse and ten-eighteen.It was alot different than the scene today.
I myself,am 34 and I am a very big fan of freestyle music, NYASIA,NOEL,LISETTE MELENDEZ ,etc.
Anyway I just want to welcome u aboard and I'll see u on the posts.....:cool

by the way guys (including silentmorning, u probably misunderstood but thats ok) i just went digging again and the date of the first post reads september 2, 2002. 🙂

Hey, CG;

It's getting hard to fathom "Coro's Girl" being younger than "Coro's Music"...The more the younger, the more the betterer for the movement.
