I think the artist's name is Nina Bena..Im not sure if I spelled it right. I tried to find it on Amazon for you but I had no luck. Hope this helps a little!

If it is "SWEETHEART" by Nina Bena the original version was released on 12" single only. A remix of "SWEETHEART" was released on 12" single and it was also featured on the 1996 compilation AFTER DARK FREESTYLE, VOL. 1. The remixed version contains elements of the Joyce Sims Freestyle/Dance classic "ALL IN ALL"
 
The original was by Rainy Davis. She also had a follow-up called "Lowdown So & So," and wrote the Cover Girls' "Spring Love."
