Can any one give me any information about the New Seduction besides what is on the freestyle divas website. I know they were supposed to be at the Vanderbuilt but it was cancelled.

That's right April Harris -original lead vocalist, Maria Paterno and Nancy Towers will be releasing a full-length album due out some time in the early part of 2003 with a single slated for release in June.

Here is the url www.seduction2000.com - the website's not up yet, but when it's done and ready, this will be the URL address.

The new stuff will be similiar to the old album. It's hip hop, dance, r&b and yes there will be some freestyle, they are signed with Fever management.

Additionally, Michelle Visage who was on the 103.5 WKTU-FM morning show in NYC is now at Hot 92.3 in Los Angeles co-hosting with Sinbad on his morning show.

Michelle Visage is the solo host on Hot 92.3 in L.A. Sinbad is no longer with the morning show. Go Michelle!!

I was told by Michelle when SEDUCTION had re-appeared at the FEVER concert some years back that she was not asked to be in the line-up again.

yea i remember that too kenny, she said to me "can you believe they are back and they have the balls to do a KTU event knowing I work there"

WHAT I UNDERSTAND THE 1ST SINGLE WAS GOING TO BE RELEASED IN FEB...NO UPDATED INFORMATION WAS RELEASED- WHAT HAPPENED.....IF ANYONE KNOWS THE STATUS ON THE GROUP- IF YOU CAN LET ME KNOW...THIS IS ONE GROUP I'VE WAITING TO MAKE A COMEBACK, FOLLOWING PAJAMA PARTY......

I'm sorry but I think that really sucks. Why do these groups keep trying to repeat their past. It can't be done, can anyone tell me a group that came back and was successful? Then when they come back there are members missing and most of the time they are lipsyncing to the original songs. I feel misled when I go to see a show and it isn't the originals. I feel cheated and disappointed. Please stop doing that. I recently saw a show with one of my all time favorite group and was so disappointed that I left right after their performance. I don't want to mention who they were because I got to speak to their manager that night and he seemed like a nice guy. I felt really bad for the singers because they seemed very nervous on stage. I think we need some of those acts to start new groups or go solo. But please, don't try to bring back the dead.

First off welcome to the board little mama, secondly I agree with you on that. Some things are better left alone.

as Sal B, puts it ...the reason for new members is because whenever there is more than 3 members there are different egos, styles, and personalities ....

It was their egos, styles and personalities that made us fall in love with groups such as Seduction, The Cover Girls and Pajama Party. I go to shows so I can see the people who actually sang the songs, not imposters. I'm sure everyone else agrees.
