If you are having trouble downloading the links it is because alot of people have been downloading the mp3s and it has exceeded GeoCities' hourly traffic allowment (3 Gigs max)...They sent me an e-mail saying that it is monoitored each hour so if you can't download them, try it again in an hour or so!
 
I must admit that I am shocked that no one has had anything negative to say. Is it that you truly like these tracks or are some of you not telling me what you really think?

I think that if I was able to to have those samples, into a full version on a CD..Id play it a lot because I personally think the beats are great..It has the flavor..that I like..😉
 
I liked both beats alot as well. If I had any constructive criticism, it would be the BPM of the beats...they're a bit fast for me. Anyway, they DO sound real nice. Hopefully you will have something hot for everyone to enjoy in the near future. 😎
 
ok, on #2, and 3 the sound quality was pretty poor. On 2 I felt this track had some delays in the drum beat in the re-newing of the continuous beat. In the beginning of #2 I felt it had that common freestyle sound. Same with #3. Not good for me! Also on both tracks, I felt the synths werent professional in sounding. Like in a studio. Like you can just tell their playing the piano from their rooms or something. I did like the beat and the snares a great deal. I felt that was the only thing that sounded up to date, good and original.
 
Orgntr1 keep in mind that a 56kbps encoded mp3 file can make anything sound unprofessional.

And I'm pretty sure Rhoq didn't record these tracks in a professional studio. What really counts is the rhythms and the melodies.

A question for Rhoq.. What equipment/software do you use?
