FATE: You stated you haven't heard one good freestyle song in 5 years....um....then you must not have heard "If I Had The Chance" by Cynthia when it came out back in the spring of '98. Not only was that song hot, it was definitely new school, and was played in regular rotation. Maybe Philly just isn't up to speed, which isn't saying much since we up in NYC got some work to do ourselves!!!!
 
but I have heard alot of good quality freestyle that has been released in the past 5 years. ROCKEL, TKA, SAFIRE, CYNTHIA, CAPRICE to name a few.

The only kind of freestyle related music that is getting any kind of exposure anymore is Breakbeat and that is even hard to come by. I find myself listening to other types of music these days. I still listen to freestyle, not as much as I used to, but you can't even find it in stores anymore. You read about it but where is it? Some are easy to come by like TKA's, Rockell's, Safire's but alot of the newer artists you can't find.
 
On a national scale? Hopefully....but songs that are popular in NYC may not be so for Chi-Town, Miami, or SanFran. We all have differing views of what sucks and what is cool. That is also a problem.

Damn..people are bitching about "not caring if Freestyle lives today or goes on another 20 years"...then why talk about it..if you dont care??? No rhoq..not just talking bout u...Im sure your not the only one who seems to think so...

Jack has made this site, for the Freestyle LOVERS...One who loves it period..and now..Im just..frustrated with this crap talk about saying its dead..saying you dont care..blah blah blah!

i understand you want freestyle forever, i would love that as well
and i really hate to say to this, but i don't think it can happen.... I am a real freestyle fan, but when i think about where the new school freestyle is going now, reality just smacks me in the head... Its True, Its Damn True
