[I don't even know where to begin here....

TODAY, I was going to visit someone at a place where I used to d.j. at before and will be very soon d.j.ing at again. I get off the bus, walk towards the building just thinking about what a nice and beautiful day it is today. The sky is clear, the flowers are blooming, there is a nice breeze, then without thinking I turn my head and BAM! what do I see?
THE GAY 104.7 KISS FM VAN IN THE PARKING LOT PARKED RIGHT BY THE ENTRANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(for those of you that don't know yet, the GAY 104.7 kiss fm is a station here in Phoenix that chose to remove ALL dance music from their playlist and NOT play any dance artist at all, and plays directly from their playlist no matter what - even when mixing live from the club - nothing more UNLESS they are doing their GAY slow jams and dedications, then wants to argue or hang up claiming nobody has ever requested or heard of any of the songs you're requesting if you request dance music... - to keep a long story short.))

When I entered the building, I was trying to just ignore it and act like I didn't see it, knowing very well I couldn't contain myself. I knew from that point on it could only get worse because as soon as I enter the building, THERE THEY ARE! the people from the GAY 104.7 KISS FM in Phoenix Az. I was in major disbelief and just wanted to go up to them or someone and just let it all out of me to the point that the station would feel like their existance has no point and everyone at kiss f.m. would just quit and go home, but I didn't. I decided that the best thing for me to do is just shut up, just ignore it and don't mention it to anybody and just wait for them to leave. To make it even worse, I go to the booth where the person I was meeting works, and SHE HAS HER RADIO ON THE GAY 104.7 KISS F.M.! > BUT! I didn't say anything, I just stayed calm and politely told her that I don't like that station and quickly changed the topic of conversation to something else. IN MY MIND THOUGH, I WAS JUST THINKING -> "HOW ------- CONVENIENT!, you have it on THAT station when they come in, making them feel welcomed as they set their GAY 104.7 booth near enough to know that YOU are listening to them so they start to think PEOPLE must be listening!!!!!!!!!! - out of all the days for YOU to want to listen to THAT station!" I just paced around back and forth thinking in my mind of how stupid of a situation this is and that of course it would happen around me. No matter what I do I just cannot get away. "You just can't win for loosing." I just patiently waited and finally, THEY LEFT. After then, I went and told all the people I knew there about it and this one girl has the nerve to tell me that if I don't like KissFM then I must have a problem and asks how could I not like it. .............
- I simply explained it to her NICELY in a way that she could understand -
I also did not fail to mention that EVERYTIME I turn on that station (In hopes to find improvements) they are ALWAYS -with no joke or exageration here- playing either "leave" by JoJo or "all falls down" by Kanye West, and surely enough, "LEAVE" by Jojo comes on next! We both laugh...
But earlier, WHEN the Gay 104.7 KissF.m. was there, I intentionally stayed away from their booth. A few times I noticed the one girl there with her GAY 104.7 t-shirt on eyeing me and smiling in such a way as if she wanted me to come over there. I just stood there and looked back at her three times - three because the first time I caught her eye, I had to look back a second time to make sure that I actually saw what I thought I saw the first time, and the third time I just looked again to see if I could figure out what the hell she was looking at and what was the reason. Then I just went about my business as the homosexuals stood at their Gay 104.7 booth. To make it worse, THEY SET UP THEIR LITTLE GAY SPEAKER SO PEOPLE COULD LISTEN. I was like "o.k. that's it...." I put muy headphones on. I just can't believe or get over the fact that a station like that and a playlist that horrible can exist - If it were up to me, they would be BANNED FROM BROADCASTING FROM ANY PLACE ON THIS PLANET.

I was just wondering if anyone else in any other state must put up with a station like this that refuses to play any dance music at all.

Just to let you know, The Gay 104.7 KissFM IS NOT an urban station. It's also not a rhtyhmic station. It's not even top 40, it's a station that seems to CHOOSE WHAT THEY LIKE out of the top 40 and leave the rest of the songs out so YOU COULD NEVER TELL or CLASSIFY exactly whatever it is they're trying to be. I don't know how else I should describe it, you just have to liten and see how it sounds, especially when you know that they are intentionally leaving out all dance music and any artist that has a dance hit. They always play dance songs when they "go back in the day", but even when they do this, it makes no sense because when they are "back in the day" during their back in the day weekend, they end up playing a whole lot of slow songs, classic r&b and oldies just like an R&B or oldies station, then out of no where RealMcCoy or The Mighty Dub Kats comes on then back to another oldies song, then some gangsta rap song from a long time ago. Then after this is done, it's back to: Jessica Simpson, Kanye West, Jojo, Usher, Kanye West, Ludacris, Jojo, Kanye West, Usher, Jojo, -commercial break- R.Kelly, Mario Winans, Jojo, Usher, Jessica Simpson, Kanye West, Kanye West, Amanda Perez, Jojo, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Mase, Jojo, -commercial break- Kanye West, Usher, Jojo, D12, jojo,- commercial break- no doubt, Ashlee SIMPSON!, usher, mario winans, Outkast, Jojo, Jay-z, Kanye West, Maroon 5, Kanye West, - commercial break- Twista, Kanye West, Jojo, P.Diddy, Britney Spears, Pitbull f/ Lil Jon, usher, jojo, Lil Jon & the Eastside Boyz,-commercial break- Jojo, Jessica Simpson, Outkast, Kanye West, Mario Winans, D12, -commercial break- jojo -now time to mix: Kanye West, Jojo, Nelly f/ Murhpy lee, Mario Winans, Britney Spears, Eamon, Kanye West f/ Twista, Ludacris, -commercial break- second half of mix: Pitbull f/ lil jon, no doubt, D12, Outkast, (uh oh, bpm's are getting to high! most slow music down now before it becomes dance...) R.Kelly, Mario Winans, Jay-z., Hillary Duff - commercials - kanye west, jojo, hoobastank, kanye west, Beyonce, Pitbull f/ Lil jon, Britney Spears, Kanye west, D12, Chingy, Jojo, usher, mario winans, D12, Beyonce, Jessica Simpson, Jojo, Kanye West, Nina sky... (1 hour later) the top 8 @ 8: song number 8 is... O.k, I think you can imagine how ridiculous it will be from this point on.

NO DANCE MUSIC AT ALL, NO DANCE ARTISTS AT ALL, THEY REMOVED ALL OF IT!

Just look at their playlist! www.1047kissfm.com You may think it's not that bad, but if you listened to it (especially when you know how much different it is now from what it used to be), you will also begin to suffer, and it doesn't help that they are a KISS F.M. station, which everyone knows as a big name so they believe if they play it, it must be cool, and if they don't or stopped playing it, then it must not be cool.

Well I do have Power 92.3,m which is #1 for hip hop & r&b, but they are an URBAN station, so I don't get upset when they don't play or take away every dance show they've had (recently speaking...) and I don't expect them to play dance music. We have 101.5 The Zone, which is an Alternative station, so I don't get mad when they play only ALTERNATIVE and some rock. 98.7 The Peak is a LIGHT ROCK station, they recently changed, but to better LIGHT ROCK, which I think will please the people that want to hear some true LIGHT ROCK from the 70's, 80's and whatever, I don't expect dance music there and I'm happy as long as they provide the LIGHT ROCK on that LIGHT ROCK station. And I'm thankful for the all dance radio station we have, that plays DANCE MUSIC, which will be changing June 18....

(I will very soon give more updates about that, stay posted)

I appreciate the stations that are DOING THEIR JOB and STICKING TO A FORMAT, including the songs that should be played from that genre........enough said.

You can compare those stations playlists to stations in other states and see that they are playing the songs that stations similar to them should be playing. They follow a REAL, more SENSIBLE playlist.

I've noticed that most top 40 stations - at least the ones I know about in other states play or have dance mix shows and will play a dance artists if they reach the top 40. I've also noticed that stations will either stick to a rhythmic OR top 40 format, not hang in between and then leave out an incredible amount of songs from both genre's, picking only what they desire from the genre. For example, WILD 94.9 is a rhythmic station. Look at their playlist, it's mostly urban with some rhythmic pop, but no real alternative or rock songs. www.wild949.com Q100 is a top 40 station, it plays TOP 40 songs and sticks to a TOP 40 format, there is too much alternative, rock and pop for it to be considered rhythmic. www.Q100atlanta.com Listen live on Saturday nights starting from 8:00 p.m. eastern time (and Friday 11-1a.m. eastern). They mix live, leaving regular format behind and getting into stuff they don't normally play - INCLUDING DANCE MUSIC! (same thing from 12-1p.m. weekdays with cardio radio). Now that I think of it, BOTH rhythmic and top 40 stations usually at least play dance music in mix shows or at certain times, so even being confused and not being exactly top 40 or rhythmic, but somehow almost both is no excuse for leaving out dance because either way you go the dance should be there. Yes, I see Wild 949 greatly REDUCED the amount of dance their station plays, but they still have SOME at CERTAIN TIMES. They don't just play hip hop & r&b then choose to throw in NO DOUBT and leave out the dance. ALSO, they don't play Hoobastank and leave out Jet, Aerosmith,...etc. Notice Q100 doesn't play top 40 and choose to leave out Cherie, Sugababes, and Enrique Iglesias f/ Kelis. As I type this, I am listening to a RHYTHMIC station, 95.5 the Beat in Atlanta, streaming through the internet. Look at their rhythmic playlist, www.955thebeat.com and notice how it is rhythmic, mostly urban with some rhythmic pop and very little, if any, alternative - with UP-TEMPO songs included. Yes, there may be a little difference between then and Wild 94.9, but remember that one is on the EAST coast, and one is on the WEST coast. Down south EAST coast is more booty bass when it comes to dance music. WEST coast is more house and trancy. I must also add that I AM listening to booty bass, breakbeats, and trance live in the mix from the club as I listen live www.955thebeat.com "castle's in the sky" (breakbeat remix) was included in that set. There might be a slight difference in playlist, but notice the same structure and very similar set up.

Now look at www.1047kissfm.com and see if they fit in with RHYTHMIC or TOP 40
-and keep in mind that no matter when you stream (if you have any desire to) there is no booty bass or dance - nothing over 110 bpm - unless it's Outkast or Britney, or F*** it (funkymix edit) by Eamon - which is very rare.

rhythmic: www.955thebeat.com www.wild949.com www.991kggi.com www.wild987.com

Top40: www.kiss108.com www.1027kiisfm.com www.q100atlanta.com

urban: www.power106.com www.hot97.com
(Notice 95.5 the beat is Atlanta's #1 hit music station. Hit music can be either rhythmic or top 40. So the GAY 104.7 being Arizona's #1 hit music station doesn't help to classify whatever they are trying to be.)

Wow. That's strange. Usually GAY radio stations play nothing but Dance & House.

ROTFLMAO!

Rest assured, if that station was truly "gay", you'd be hearing only the best!

All radio is gay. Radio is wack. The streets is what makes the music. That's why freestyle is dead, because most of the artists are chasing radio. That aint real and that's why freestyle has lost a lot of respect on the streets. Hip Hop is going in a similar direction.

Yeah, the stations in the BAY AREA pretty much suck too, I hate URBAN HIP HOP/RAP/R&B every other station plays that shitty GHETTO music!!!!!! If not that, their playing classic rock for the 50 and older male crowd, how many classic rock stations do you need???? Radio sucks big time in the BAY AREA, believe me I listen to the radio 7 days a week, because I've been working 7 days!!!!!! I know what Im talkin about,I change radio stations constantly. I cant play the latin stations because they play only MEXICAN music-which I hate!!! Thank god they became smart & play TROPICAL music on SATURDAYS-which is the only day I listen to the LATIN stations.COLLEGE radio is #1, I've been listening to it 80% of the time and they play more dance than any other major radio stations, now thats sad.RAP/HIPHOP/R&B/CLASSIC ROCK/EASY LISTENING= BAY AREA, sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

O.K., now I've actually started d.j.'ing at that place, and I've noticed that now everytime I would come in, they would have it on THE GAY 104.7 KISS F.M.! I just can't understand it! On the station van - which I must see just about everyday since the station is near my house and recently they've been showing up at buildings, carwashes, bus stops....etc. near my house - it says "make the switch", which means they want people to make the switch from whatever they listen to and switch to that station. I'm glad I at least get to D.J. for them and make them SHUT THE GAY 104.7 OFF! but as soon as I get in their car for a ride home, guess what's on.........
I must say that I am the MINORITY, because just about EVERYONE I know is rather DELIGHTED about that station, when I explain my reason for not liking it, they either just don't care about them not having dance music, (none of them actually really noticed it being gone until I mentioned it) or like my best friend tells me "that's great! I'm glad that they took all that junk out", but then he got confused when I put on the radio station and after "leave" by JOJO came on, a rock song came on and he never knew they started playing ro.... I mean alternative- which means he must not have been listening, or much less if he was, wasn't interested enough to realize what they were actually playing, just hearing noise. But like I was saying, people seem to NOT CARE that dance is not being played, and my younger sisters just said "well, that's too bad for you, but I really don't care about it" I really don't know what else to say - It's almost like I cannot GET AWAY from it! I actually went to sleep thinking maybe I could sleep peacefully and I end up DREAMING about it! I actually dreamed that I was checking in to see if they could have possibly gotten any better and heard them playing LASGO, then later on in my dream, they did the 5'O clock mix and I heard dance music, starting with "naughty girl" remix by Beyonce! (so I can't actually say this was a nightmare) I couldn't believe it, then in between 2 of the songs, some d.j.'s came in and said "we will be making changes to this station - you just don't know what's coming! - we will be adding some dance and even some freestyle....." I don't exactly remember what was said in my dream, but I was so excited and everywhere I went I had an am/fm walkman with me, as happy as I could ever be! Then, (in my dream) they played "leave" by JOJO and after that, another dance song! I was going out of my mind - but then I woke up only to find out this was all IN A DREAM! After a while, I wondered why I had that dream and figured out that IT WAS BECAUSE I HAD ENERGY 92.7/101.1 PLAYING AND I WAS HEARING IT IN MY DREAM! (except of course for the part where "leave" by JOJO came on and the mix show - that was just subconsious work taking place). ------------ah! ----> which BRINGS ME TO ANOTHER POINT, all those songs they are playing on THE GAY 104.7 KISS F.M.,........ DON'T THEY HAVE DANCE REMIXES? They could AT LEAST play those remixed versions - like 93.7 KRQ in Tucson does while mixing - which is also a top 40 station! I can't believe I never really thought of that!
But as far as the dream about RADIO STATION CHANGING, I also remembered ENERGY is changing June 18!

I keep talking about it, and I think that I should now mention what really is about to happen. ENERGY 92.7/101.1 IS CHANGING! I had a long conversation with the new-to-be program director and as I talked about SHARYN MACEREN, ANGELINA, SCIENCE, ROCKELL,...ETC., He simply just told me "...and those will also be on the playlist..." in a calm voice - kind of like when someone is trying to excite you in a calm - passive way. He mentioned that the mix shows will be brought back and some freestyle shows will be added also..... I'll post more BREAKING NEWS as it comes in. He just wondered how I knew it was going to happen before anybody or anything was even mentioned on air about it........ but that's a different story.

BUT AS FAR AS THE GAY 104.7 KISS F.M., it seems like everybody else likes it, everybody is making the switch, so I'm going to try something a little different - I'm going to do JUST THAT! for THIS ENTIRE WEEK, I will also MAKE THE SWITCH to the new 104.7 KissFM and see if I can get over my anger towards them - starting RIGHT NOW! Stay posted because I will daily make post to let EVERYONE know how this goes.......................................................................

It's on in the car, it's on in my friend's car, its on EVERYWHERE I go, and no matter what I do, I just CAN'T ESCAPE IT, so lets see if I can ACCEPT IT and learn to APPRECIATE IT! It will be a long and difficult task, but I'm willing to try ANYTHING to JUST BE HAPPY WITH THE RADIO.

>>>Just to let everybody know, I kind of already given up. I listened to Jay-Z "dirt off your shoulder", which was a bangin' way to start off their 5'o clock mix, then from there on they destroyed it. "I'm so in love with you" by Sasha f/ Sean Paul came on and that was kind of when I knew I was going to give up. After that, it was "leave" by JOJO, which I like and it's also stuck in my head now so I'll added to MY playlist and play it at places. I listened on and off and kept switching until I finally ended up at AM NEWSTALK 1010. Then I rode the bus to Wal-Mart (leaving my walkman at home) and when I returned home, IT WAS BACK TO ENERGY! >BY THYE WAY, tonight at the club, I got to hear a REAL hip hop station, something I haven't heard for a while. My friend from new york had tapes of HOT 97 in New York playing REAL hip hop, AND REGGAE! Then he let me hear how they get down IN THE MORNING! They were more hyped up IN THE MORNING than Power 92.3 #1 for hip hop & r&b is all day combined here in Phoenix! HOT 97 just burried the 3 or 4 reggae songs they play here in Az. during the "dancehall jumpoff" which comes once a week on Saturday evening that is such a big deal to the hip hop & r&b station here in Phoenix! If I even started to comment on the morning show - let me just say that 104.7 has the #1 morning show in Phoenix, Krazy Kid and Ruben S. How they ended up at 104.7 KissFM, I don't know. Maybe it's because Power 92.3 keeps firing people when their contracts end so they all end up somewhere else (with exception to their afterhourz dance show, they just decided to get rid of them for the hell of it... but that's a different story and I'm done with that). I just have to say that in the morning, either way you go, you will suffer because it's either the Gay morning show on Power 92.3 #1 for hip hop & r&b - where they truly sound Gay, especially when they say that they are the only Hip Hop morning show in Phoenix, doing their stupid stunts and thinking they are funny, or Krazy Kid and Ruben S, where you have to sit through the Gay music on KissFM before you get back to hearing what you actually want -them talking, making jokes, and being sensible and helping out the community. As far as their phone scams, it's gotten a little lame as they tried to "sugar coat it" because they turned in to a "hit music station" when they found out that trying to be hard and play the hip hop and r&b under a kiss F.M. name wasn't working, especially when they tried to go hard in the middle of the year 2003 and ended up being a hard station that had to play P!NK and Avril Lavigne in the END OF THE YEAR COUNTDOWN! Power 92.3 just couldn't stop making fun of that situation! I'm surprised that they somehow managed to not have TaTu "all the things she said" make it on the countdown because then it would just be ridiculous, and confusing especially for the people that came in to town in the middle of the year when they turned hard, never heard any of those songs, then end up hearing weird songs on the end of the year countdown. It would sound bogus because if it were me just moving to town, I would wonder why those songs are in the end of the year countdown if I never heard them on that station before, not knowing they decided to try to go hip hop & r&b in the middle of the year before I moved to this town. I just wouldn't do a countdown after all that! It was funny because out of no where I hear "ladiez" by Sarai and I was like "how are they just going to drop that song then 6 months later try to include it in the end of the year countdown? Besides, who still does countdowns anyway? I thought that was out! At least Power 92.3 just mixes until the New Year Holiday weekend is over, and if that means starting Friday and going up to Tuesday, or starting Tuesday night (if New Years is on Wednesday) and going to Sunday Night, it's just done. Maybe not as hyped up as Funkmaster Flex or HOT 97 in New York just doing regular playlist, but it sure beats the hell out of a countdown with Avril Lavigne and P!NK in it! This year I don't think I will even listen to KissFM if they do a countdown at the end of the year because this would be the height of suffering! My friend was telling me how in New York, once they get in the mix, that's it! forget the regular playlist, you're going to hear some real stuff, especially live from the club, but then I think I should just stay here with the GAY 104.7 kissfM and live instead of being robbed or killed in NEW YORK CITY, or maybe better yet, just move back to ATLANTA and get crunk in the DIRTY SOUTH, oooooooookkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
They also have some REAL hip hop stations there that make Power 92.3 look like a joke.

I will just leave the Hip Hop & r&b station alone and just be thankful that at least NOW they are allowed to play hip hop on Arizona radio stations, thanks to 103.9 Arizona's Party Station (which by the way, no longer exists -it was just too good - they had everybody copying their dance mix shows and this is where I was introduced to M:G, Jossette, Kim Del Fierro, Lil Suzy's 1997 album, some Angelina, S.F. Spanish Fly, and whoever sings "baby come back, don't do me wrong" - half of those on regular playlist! I learned about Galaxy Freestyle through them.... - but it's done, like I said, they no longer exist). But as far as the dumb morning show on Power 92.3 and their stupid stunts, I don't think rolling down a mountain in an aluminum garbage can and having a baseball pitched right into his naked body is really all that funny, or even a stunt. Rollerskating down Central Avenue wearing nothing but rollerskates, just doean't make me laugh a lot - on a hip hop and r&b station, - but those stunts would perfectly be suitable for 104.7 KissFM with No Doubt! They are better off having Howard Stern in the morning on Power 92.3 #1 for hip hop & r&b! Also, trying to pretend like one of the members (guys) of MG's morning madhouse tried to secretly leave a note in the suggestions box suggesting he should be waxed by another guy as a morning show stunt and someone shouting after reading the note "when you leave these messages you're not supposed to sign your name at the bottom"... it's not making me laugh at all - I just change the station when I hear the stupid jokes - BOTTOM LINE, they don't belong on an urban station. I wouldn't even except them on an all dance station - just kissFM where they will fit right in. Out of all the morning shows they went through, they decided that this stupidity was what they should keep?
- HOW DID I COME UP WITH THE NAME FOR THE GAY 104.7 KISS F.M.? -
here is the story: It was back before they were even GAY like they are now, when I had a temporary assignment at J.C.Penney through a temp agency. I was working with another guy from the agency, rearranging and stocking for the after christmas rush. We had a little radio in the back room and he wanted to listen to Power 92.3. I knew at 12 o clock, they would do an entire hour of nonstop old school hip hop so I had it on 104.7 KissFM because it was near 12 o clock p.m. He changed it to Power 92.3 and I told him why I had it on 104.7 KissFM. He didn't believe me at first when I told him it would be all old school rap, not the current music so I just let it happen. He then told me "O.K. you can put it back on your GAY 104.7" And ever since then, it was the joke between me and my sisters and my girlfriend - they all liked the music they played on there so I teased them with it all the time. Now, the station finally LIVES UP TO ITS NAME more than I could ever believe and even up to this day, my sisters and I still argue about it being and not being GAY. By the way, the station is so GAY now that I must ALWAYS capitalize each letter to make sure I represent the station to its fullest. "It sucks" just doesn't begin to describe it anymore. I knew one day I would just have to create a forum dedicated to how angry I am about them removing all the dance music off their playlist - especially when they are a big station and anything they play will get massive response and support. I don't really want the dance music for myself, it's that I want the OTHER PEOPLE LISTENING to also hear it. learn more about it, and also be brainwashed into liking it with all the other songs they play. The YOUNGER generation will be the generation that's LOST when it comes to dance music because they will grow up not knowing about it, unless they look at ENERGY 92.7/101.1 the same way they would look at KISS F.M. which is so cool, but with a week signal in the metropolitan area, it's not helping Energy. They have a wider listening area since they have three frequencies in 3 different areas, but it equals out because maybe the other stations can't reach that far, but they are heard clearly in Phoenix and somewhat well into the mountains, unlike Energy, where you have to know that they are somewhere else on the dial or possibly no longer being picked up - -what I will do is take a very long trip this Independence Day weekend and come back with updates to let you know how far I could drive before loosing the signal, compared to other stations, and I don't want to do this alone so I must now find a date that likes house, trance, AND AFTER JUNE 18, FREESTYLE!!!!! Maybe I'll just invite the girl from the 104.7 KissFM booth to go out with me! Or the one that told me that if I don't like kissFM, then I must have a problem - I might as well just bring both!

Everyone is kind of questioning what will happen to hip hop and what's going to happen if hip hop dies. My question is direct - what will come next? I ask people this and tell them how disco had its time, rock and roll, pop, and blues...etc. then I tell them right now hip hop is having its time and it's currently at ITS PEAK so what will come next? A lot of people are shocked because most people don't think about these things - they just listen to the music without thinking, (and maybe this is why nobody else seems to notice something wrong with 104.7KissFM)
But ONE THING I MUST SAY FOR SURE, is if things keep going the way they are, then I hope NPR, National Public Radio and NEWS takes over next, then all the NEWS staions can compete against who's the hardest NEWS station, there can be a TOP 40 NEWS STATION where they only give the top 40 news events over and over, and a NEWS MIX where they mix all the different news events, then they can have NEWS AND DEDICATIONS where people call in with BREAKING NEWS and make a dedication to their loved one. The best part will not be the NEWS or the EAST COAST & WEST COAST NEWS, or the COUNTDOWN OF THE BEST NEWS UPDATES ON T.R.L., but the OLD SCHOOL, BACK IN THE DAY NEWS, when they go back in the day and bring back all the CLASSIC NEWS. The light rock stations wont suffer, they could just do the LIGHT NEWS, that's EASY LISTINING NEWS for sensitive people. At night when stations would normally play harder music, more stuff in the mix or sometimes even underground music, this will be when WORLD NEWS kicks in. Maybe at certain times, just like right now we do certain mix shows or certain types of music at certain times, they can do the WEATHER and SPORTS at certain times, and lets not forget the TRAFFIC. I don't see how this could possibly hurt MTV because they could just replace the videos with NEWS updates and call it MTV NEWS. Making the video will show you how certain NEWS SITUATIONS were created. I'm not sure how the concerts and clubs will go, but as soon as an idea comes up, I'm sure you will get the NEWS.
when this happens, visit my website, www.clubnews.com The World's Largest News Stomp'in Ground!

.....oh - by the way, the music will move to A.M., because A.M. might loose ratings if they continue to also do the news, and that wouldn't be good news for them.

I'm sorry Tower Records, I'm sorry Sam Goody, I'm sorry Fye and VIRGIN records that I'm predicting this, but don't worry, you could always sell NEWSPAPERS. Best Buy and Circuit City should be O.K. as long as they keep SELLING THE OTHER STUFF THAT'S NOT IN THEIR AUDIO SECTION, but then again, they could also sell NEWSPAPERS there too, just no longer call it the audio section.
