I know what your problem is Mike.

-You freeze too much becasue you are only thinking of one thing. You can't make that you're number 1 focus or else you'll become their puppet.

-You see how women's taste in men vary that it makes you think their weird and that they don't know what they want. We'll I have news for you Mike. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WANT IN MEN. They just go by personality. It's all about how you use your personality (and how hot you look in it) in achieving your goal. So instead of letting her looks intimidate you, value your OWN qualities and use them to your advantage in achieving that date (I guarantee you wont freeze then). Flirt a little.

-Don't become her favorite thing. Don't go along with everything that she says. BE YOURSELF. But definitely flirt a little and use your qualities to make it seem as if your worth just as much as she is. This is to let her know that. Not you.

-Women are judges when it comes to men. You can make them be your puppet instead. But it's all about technique and practice. And once you master these things, you'll be looking for a real woman and not just a piece of ass because you would know what women are all about and chances are you wont fall for that piece of ass (because you would know that it's just a piece of meat that they didn't do anything to get.) but for their personality that one carries. You would know how to pick your girl. So this is a good stage for you in life.

Mike, it's DC! lol DC ladies r particularly difficult. I delt with one for about 6 months, until around May. Let her have her way cuz i'm a pretty laid-back guy. Apologized even when I didn't think I was wrong (just to keep peace). Even did some freaky shyt I neva eva...eva eva care to do again! lol

N after about the 2nd month, she didn't wanna do nothin but fight with me. N I don't do that shyt. Life is difficult enough.

But I still miss her crazy azz sometimes. lol

That's what I get for pickin up girls in subways! lol

It took me a minute but I'm kewl now. Cuz I got real depressed for a minute (I was feelin like Mario Winans in the "I Don't Wanna" video lol). My car also chose to breakdown on me at this time so that just intensified everything. lol
But now I'm kewl, don't even wanna date anymore. Just wanna have fun.

Mike, have you tried an internet personal ad?

I havn't dated much (as in at all-how sad is that?) and in April of this year, put a personal up on Yahoo.

In three months, I've been in contact with 3 guys, who messaged me first, and I'll be gettin in touch with all of them. I'm having dinner with one of them next week. At the age of 35, I'm going on my first date. :lol

Anyway, did I read that someone is "single" for 14 years? Was that you Jenn? Well, I'm on 7 years (OMG, typing that number just brought it to my attention) I can't believe it's been that long. lol

Honestly, I would love to meet someone to just go out on the weekends my kids weren't home... maybe go out to dinner a night or two in between that time frame... talk on the phone... nothing sufficating... just someone to be with.

I just realized, at times I am my own worst enemy. Yesterday I missed an oppertunity to break my streak. For two week our Metrorail Red Line which I use a lot to get to work has been having delays due to the mid flood in the area. It washed out the train controls at The Silver Spring station(which is a Little Big City outside DC). In addition, most of the escalators are not working(like always). On the platform, I noticed the cute slim Indian girl, she had luggage. It was too late before I did not dawn on me to help her carry her luggage up the escalator. So there, I blew a good oppertunity. So only I have myself to blame for not thinking to be a real man and help her out and maybe chat her up. Man I'm an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand. I'm not looking for a serious relationship now. I just want to date, be with a person, to go out on the town, have dinner, go to the movies that all. I'm not trying to find a woman to hit a Homerun off of or getting to 3rd base. I know that will come. I just want a base hit that all. Reality, I have been striking out for 9 years.
