Has anyone caught this show yet?

I actually enjoy it ... but I wanted to know if anyone else has caught it and what they think of it.

Last nights show was good... I really don't like Ishe because he backed down last week... he didn't want to fight Ahmed.

You see, the fighters are divided into two teams.. the West and the East... they compete each week doing some type of "team" contest and the winning team gets to pick who is fighting from their team and who their teammate will fight from the opposing team.... well, last week, the yellow team (think it's west) thought Ishe was going to want to fight and he'd want to fight Ahmed because the two of them have being going back and forth all week... when it was voting time, Ishe said NO. He looked scared to me.

Anyway, the team only thought he was going to be the one to fight because it was more "personal" because Ahmed has been starting shit with Ishe.

Saying all that... Ishe backed down so this other fighter Jesse picked one of the best on the other team to fight and he actually won. What I didn't like was Ishe telling the member of the opposing team he hopes he wins (going against his own team).

He was just mad because Jesse called him a coward pretty much.

anyway, last night... Ishe apologized (wasn't holeheartedly in my eyes).... and he fought Ahmed and bet him. I didn't like either of these fighters, so I guess I didn't care who won.... even though I didn't mind looking at Ahmed. lol
 
Hey Chuck, yeah I heard that as well. I guess it's because it's pretty "simple". There's nothing really going on.
 
We have been watching it too, and love it. I missed it last night though. But I am glad Ahmed lost!..lol so far all my pics have been winning..lol that last one was off the hook too!, I can't wait to see it again.
 
I like this show. But damn I missed it last night...so Ahmed lost last night? What happened? I agree with you Gina it wasn't cool of Ishe to say that to the opposing fighter about Jesse. I'm so glad Jesse won the fight. I think Ishe is all talk but I guess we'll have to keep watching to find out..LOL
 
I watched last nite for the first time! And Wow.. I LOVED IT!! That Ahmed guy was so arrogant! I was so HAPPY that he lost. Will most DEF be watching from now on!
 
it was so good last night!! Ahmed was way too cocky. when the fight was over and he lost, he looked in the mirror and said "i still look good". that's all he's worried about! even though it doesn't have good ratings, i still love watching! :biggrin
 
A dedication to a fallen Contender - Najia Turbin

What a show last night, it was Najia's show and I had tears the whole time just knowing that he killed himself soon after that episode was taped.

When he was talking to the Den mother, he said he doesn't trust anyone... just his daughter.

At the end, he took his lose so hard, saying he hates it that he can't keep his word (promises).
