Just because you don't like the husband, he did lose a wife, the parents lost a daughter, and the family lost a loved one. No one won here. Now she is in God's hands now. Hopefully living in a better place.

LaBetty, it's really not like Scott Peterson.

He has been involved with this other woman, and had children with her a few years ago.

He had not divorced Terry becuase he had publicly stated that if he did, her parents would take custody of her, and he was afraid they would not honor her wishes of not being on life support.

A few people are saying that he stayed with her because of a "lawsuit of malpractice" against the doctors that misdiagnosed Terry.

According to the news, that was settled many years ago, and he received that money, and has been using it to pay Terry's medical costs. Out of all the money he won, there is only approximatley $40,000.00 left. The rest went to cover Terry's medical bills.

Chuck is right..he really wasnt like Scott Peterson. However, I dont think a lot of people were aware that he was involved and had a family with someone else.
