psycho no offense but what are we on the same planet. I understand your whole concept of a horny teen but the fact is as an adult we should know better than to take advantage of the fact that these teens have all of these new feelings and homones. I'm twenty ~cough~ old and when i see these lil boys on the streets that is what their are. Just because they have a nice body and all doesnt mean im gonna sleep with them. First of all it illegal and second its immoral and being my son the biotch wiill go to jail.

This whole situation is very disgusting no matter which way you look at it. I'm sure the law is the same for both male and female BUT...how many males would be willing to say that they were raped. Therein lies the difference.

On another note...as ADULTS it's our responsibility to care for these CHILDREN cuz yes even at 14/15 they are STILL CHILDREN!

Her ass needs to be put away for a long long time!

No need to apologize for your belief MD but as a parent and a women I find its truly disgusting. I truly believe that the problem now a days is that adults do not want to take resposiblities for their own action and therefore throw it off to well they look older or they wanted it. I'm so protective of my children because of these things, you should be able to trust an adult not worry about them taken advantage of curious minds. I have both boys and a girl and I will look out for them equally.
 
I'm not disagreeing that it isn't disgusting. Because it definitely is. There is no excuse for anything. There are no exceptions when someone is coming of age that has been abused by an older adult. Regardless of sex! Like I told Psycho, I think that some people who know this particular news would have had slightly different views had it been a male teacher and a young female student. Slightly different views that make a big impact. Not by law, But in the opinions of SOME minds in society today. That WILL eventually affect the law someday. Because opinions were what once made the law.

i have a friend who's sisiter is 22, (a year younger then this teacher) and she was with a 15 year old, why i don't know, but shit like this happenes, cuz now a days these 15 yr olds look older then i do.

I understand what both you and Psycho are saying but the fact that she is behind bars goes to show that society is speaking up. As long as us parents see this for what it is a crime then hopefully we will send a message. We just cant sit there and say well he's a boy bullshit he is child.
 
hes a child untill he committs a murder or robbery then society sees him as a adult, hes a child if he wants a pack of ciggerettes or some bear and gamble, but if he committs a seriouse crime hes a adult............ironic isnt it?
 
NO it isnt ironic getting laid and taking someones life is two different things. I dont believe in putting a child in jail for life but if he commits murder then he needs some help before he becomes a adult.

Not tryin to argue and I think they should both be held accountable...but if a 15 yr old boy has sex with a 25 yr old ..hes a kid, but if he has sex with a 8 yr old ..hes a adult. Why is that? why cant socoiety make up there minds and make it clear what a 15 yr old really is. I'm not sayin that i think its ok, but how can you be a child victim in one sanario but be a adult preditor in another? Its just conridicting ..thats all.
 
well Kim heard this on the news & told me about it.... she heard the teacher is going to jail?????? That would be ridiculous if true.... maybe just a suspension I think.... anyway we both thought it wasn't a big deal & any kid that age would do it..... it's just sex....
