Dateline: Temple Terrace, Fla.

Debra Lafave, a teacher at Greco Middle School turned herself to Police this Monday. She is charged with sex with a minor. She was charged with having sex with her 14 year old student in the back of her car inwhich his 15 year old cousin was driving. She is on administrative leave. She admitted to getting her husband a tripod the same day was involved with her 14 year old student.

How about that. The 14 year old tapped the teacher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This boy has cred. Her husband must be at his end. He must wonder what this 14 year old runt have he doesn't? LOL.

:nono thats just nasty. people these days dont care what they do to kids.i hope she realizes that thats our future she is messin wit. that kid may think its kool that he nailed the teacher but weather he realizes it or not it may fuk wit his head in the future.and on top of that she has to watch out for that young strong:sperm .it will be her own damn fault if she ends up PG.
 
She isn't a slut and this whole thing is not disgusting. I would've done the same thing if it were me. As a matter of fact i did at that age, it just wasn't with a teacher. lol I never had luck like that to have slutty.. i mean sexy teachers. lol

You are so right. But if i remember correctly, when it comes to guys of that age, statutory rape is not an issue or a charge. In the case of a female there is statutory rape. Don't know why, but that's just the way the laws are. And the laws influence peoples' beliefs.

WELL PSYCHO, I SUGGEST YOU TAKE A REFRESHER COURSE ON STATUTORY RAPE BECAUSE THE RULES APPLY TO BOTH MALE AND FEMALE. BTW I CALLED THE RAPE HOTLINE JUST TO VERIFY.
 
Thanks for the info, i will confirm if what you found out is true, 'cause last i heard i didn't apply. But i tell you right now, whether it does apply to 15 y/o males it still doesn't change the fact that at that age guys are ready to GO!! And if a hot Chick, despite age or profession wants it, she's gonna get it. It doesn't take much convincing. I think that's the deciding factor right there. A guy that's 15 does't have to neccessarily be tricked into having sex, they're basically all for it. On the other hand i think the law feels that to get a 15 y/o girl in the sack, the older male must have decieved her some how.
