Ang...you need to do alot of push-ups. Pushups will form the arms, back and especially the abs. Do pushups Mon-Wed-Friday- 3times a week. If you are the motivated type then also do situps. But very low situps.
 
Mijo I jump rope, jumping jacks, pilates sit ups crunches side crunches, and I am getting into yoga pilates I dotn play lol I do for both upper and lower abs , plus squats and lunges lol

I was only playing around, but I still got some weight to drop.

I'm in a "large" shirt, and I bought a real sharp looking "medium" that I have in my closet as inspiration. I'm determined to wear that shirt soon.

Agh I forgot bout those those are cool cause they come with Tankinis or reg Bikini Tops I had a real nice one I had paid a pretty penny for the lil Biatch my butt outgrew it so I gave ti to a friends sister lol
