If I ever needed plastic surgery I would be a little afraid of going to The Dominican Republic - more people research buying a new car or home more thourughly than they do a plastic surgeon who is not only messing with their appearance, but their LIFE!!! Many people die during elective surgery.

I want to see Board Certifications, before and after photos of former clients and speak to a couple of those clients to see what they have to say! Great doctors can be everywhere, as well as quacks, so you always have to be careful. So all I am saying is go for quality of work, not the price! I would rather collect cans for five years to pay for it than get a great deal and look like a special effect from a horror movie!!

Thanks Chuck...and even when you think you are going to a reputable hospital you just don't know - last year a major NY Hospital with a high profile lost two patients while they were both undergoing minor plastic surgeries - and one was Olivia Goldsmith, author of "The First Wives Club" - all she was getting was a little lipo under the chin and she ended up dead.

Woman put down these Magazine with the pictures of the so called perfect people. It is all bull.
I don't want to say it but it is true Plastic surgery is not the way. Beauty comes from within.

Listen I speak from experience I am a medical assistant for a famous Dermatologist in NewYork. She is also the Head of the Dermatalogical Laser Board. She is a laser specialist.


I have seen some bad reactions from plastic. Scarring! Bad scarring and they come in for help to repair the damage.

wise words spoken! :yeey but sometimes one doesn't consider ones self to be beautiful hence wanting the change. its all really a matter of opinion
