Strangest sounds in a freestyle track?

just heard The Cover Girls - Because Of You - (Hearthrob Dub Mix) for the first time and the ending is very strange, it has around of 35 seconds of no music at the end but a voice singing "ahhh" in upper and lower tones.....weired!!

reminds of the tka one way love dub mix, also has the classic "ahhh" voice all through it...

another one voice in fashion only in the night - palladium dub - the same "ahhhh" voice....

anyone know of other ones?

The strangest sound I ever heard keys played at the end of the track "Louder then Love", I love that song, but I think they could of been more creative with this track.
