Now, I am probably one of the many fans who knows very little of the behind the scenes drama of Freestyles. EXCEPT , I LOVE THE MUSIC AND TRY TO ADAPT TO THE STYLE/LYRICS/SOUNDS THE ARTIST PUTS OUT. and probably should not be posting any comments here. However, I agree and disagree with some of the posts here. For instance, K7, This quote up above I think was just a little bit TMI. I LOVE TKA. I HAVE TREMENDOUS RESPECT FOR YOU GUYS. But, I cant help but say I felt as if you had some anger when you were expressing yourself. Nevertheless, YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO DO SO. I'm not knocking that. I think YOU should value yourself and not go there. YOU don't need to EXPLAIN your actions, past or present to anyone. WHO GIVES YOU MONEY TO PAY THE BILLS? Exactly my point..U-C.?

It took me almost an hour (while at work) to read this DRAMA. Had some laughs with Marc, Toni, Martini, you guys always KEEP ME LAUGHING... I like drama, but not too personal.

Last but not least.....I feel, and this is just my humble, don't know shishkabob, opinion..that if people weren't so IMPERFECT, they would not be here making us laugh and cry at the same time.

wow evet: WHAT A WORK OF ART...LOL CAN I FRAME IT?....YES ALOT OF PEEPS HERE ARE MAD COOL AND A RIOT TO TALK TO...AND MAYBE SOME DRAMA IS INTERESTING TO KEEP THE BALL ROLLING AS LONG AS IT'S NOT TOO PERSONAL.
 
Well what do you guys expect? lol. The guys harrassed 24/7 about a cd that was'nt ear friendly to some peeps. How would you act? I feel he was driven to this point of explaining and managed to offend some peeps along the way. We really shouldnt expect these artists to be perfect, afterall they are human like you and I, make mistakes like you and I.
 
well both sides have done wrong...
some people just flat out hating TKA for no reason (shame on them), while others have good valid opinions that TKA should listen to, and maybe it will make them even better.
but then TKA (or at least k7) comes here and does there own share of putting people down, the very same thing that they criticize some CF posters for. i haven't posted anything til now about this, but after finally reading this Stan message I had too. see, TKA has to be more professional than that. some of k7's posts were just not cool. some people are making comments that you should take as notes, because you hear what the fans want. now if you reply to people who say something like "TKA sucks" and nothing else, then that's cool. but then you do the very same thing to other innocent people out there. do you know how many "Britney Spears Sucks" or "nsync sucks" websites are out there? MANY. how many TKA hate sites are there? few if any. sure TKA isn't as big as any of those artists but still there are relativeley very few TKA hate posts. you need to just say "screw the haters" and not bother with them, and actually listen to some of the valid comments some people have instead of trashing them. being in the music biz, you should always know there will be haters, you have to be able to deal with that fact, and act more professional.
 
Well what can I say as with all record companies, Tommy Boy in the beginning were pulling their strings and this is why you guys seem to dig them and now that they run things people dont seem to be so amused. They dont have to be anything but themselves.

what a great response, hearing what the listener has to say and writing a response that does not offend the poster, and it was even a friendly post, something that will not only not offend fans, but make them stronger fans.
 
Well, I think the problem was that people were coming up under different names, spewing hate... and denying they were the same person (like we all didnt know!!). they made it seem like so many people hate TKA, when it was really just a few people all backing up eachothers posts. K7 on the other hand, while giving his nicknames or whatever, doesnt hide behind multiple names on CF.

i also think professional applies to some degree... let's be real here. u cant expect an artist, whoever it is, to say -- 'thank you for ur opinion, i value it,' when people are hating on them to such an extent as to want to see them destroyed... for them it's personal. anger and offense are only natural. when people come on here with personal attacks, professionalism goes out the window. at least i think it should, and that's what i would do.

aaaaanyway..... lol

im glad we made u laugh, vet!! lol... i gotta lighten up my work day somehow! everything we say is all in fun anyway.... 😉
 
oh and i want to add that too many times people put artists in a different category than everyone else. they place them on this unreachable pedestal, and wont let them ever get off. they're ordinary people, just like us. they're only human, just like us. they have opinions, just like us. and they have the right to express them, just like us.

so what that they sing and dance? when they get off that stage they're just another face in the crowd. I could be screaming my head off when TKA performs... but when they're done and just hangin out... they're Tony, K7 and Angel. 3 regular guys. lol... u know?

And anyway, reading what K7 wrote didnt make me hate him, or make me say... oh how unprofessional... it just made me see him as all the more real. 🙂
