I had no beef with you. When I saw you at our first reunion, I greeted you with no problem. The next time I saw you, I greeted you with no problem. When I saw you in Philly you were the one that walked by me at least ten times and didn't say a word but your whole crew took the time to even take pictures with us and we gave them autographs showing true love. But that's neither here nor there.

I'm not judging you on your talent or your love for freestyle. All I'm saying is that we have mutual friends that have indicated to different members of TKA that you don't think highly of us as individuals. I take the time to thank you for your efforts in remixing "when will I see you again" but, like I said, it was more a Joey Gardner business dealing then a request directly from us to have you remix it. 'Til this day, I still have not heard it so I can't comment on whether I like it or not as the song's writer. Yes Willie, you have extended yourself to me personally on several occasions and I appreciate your generosity.

Life goes on. Last time I saw you at the September 11th fundraiser at Crash we greeted each other. Trust me, I don't personally dislike you...I just feel as the fellas do and that is if we have friends in common and we don't bring you up in conversation (because we never have) then why do our mutual friends bring your name up in negativity. I'll be the better man and say that if I am wrong in what I am saying may God forgive me. But until then, what is is......K7

yo K, i feel u on a lot that you're saying. but i do gotta question now. i read thru the whole post and it seems like your hating on your past. i like the old school TKA & the k7 project just as much as the new. that was hot stuff u guys put out back in the day man! just as the new stuff is as well. its what made u guys legendary! dont be ashamed of it, it was hot! maybe im not understanding it right, i hope i am wrong.

I don't mean to butt in (really I don't).....

But I just want to say that I love....truly LOVE both you guys (Kayel & Willie V.) for what U've done (and continue to do) in the Freestyle community!

It truly hurts me to see 2 of my favorite artists OF ALL TIME bicker & battle over "seemingly" little things (notice the "seemingly"...I obviously don't know the whole story, other than the posts above). I only pray you guys can truly make up & get along!

Again, I want to say I love your voice Kayel, no matter what kind of track U sing, and your singing work Wilie V. is one of my favorites (I listen to "One True Love Affair" constantly & can't get tired of it!!!) Thanks for the years of entertaniment to both of U & hope U can resolve your differences!

well K I dont know why or what they have told you guys, but I know for a fact and as god as my witness that I have never said anything about you guys other than What I stated previously on here. I dont even hang out but on occasions or shows. I still dont understand why people tend to start things up like this. But since they are your friends I know you have to believe what they say. And I dont blame you for that. As far as the philly show went I did say whats up one time by nodding my head and you looked away. Thats when I felt kinda dissed. I dont know now if you saw me do that that day. I did get a response from Tony but thats it. Well I am just gonna break it down like this, I have no problem with TKA... I truly wish you guys the best, and I know that I have not said anything remotely close to saying I dislike you or the guys personally or professionally. But if you wanna believe the stories there is no way i can convince you otherwise. Too bad you never got to hear the remix I did for "when will I see you again". I got great feedback from it. I can email you an MP3 if ya want. well I said my peace. I wont prolong this thread anymore.

I don't know what is going on here so I will mind my buisness but I wanted to tell you I love the new CD. I myself grew up wioth freestyle and as I got older my taste evolved into liking house, r&B, hip-hop, trance, etc. So I really like the feel of the new CD. I am dying to see you & the guys come back to Philly!! Oh and I am loving Sexual Fantasy 😀 I think you have the hottest voice 😉

I have to defend Willie in this argument. I have said Time and Time again that Willie is the nicest personality in the business I know that through the last 6 years that I have said Time and Time again I HAVE NEVER HEARD WILLIE SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE about anyone. I believe what Willie is saying. I trash many people but I never heard Willie throw his two cents in when I do this. Willie just pretty much listened to what I said and left it at that (example Miguel Reyes(yes, its true - it true if ya reading) .. now everybody has heard me trash him). Willie is an all around nice guy and this is evident in his post above. Willie still has not trashed K7 or TKA.

Nina girl, you are so damn right it aint even funny. But you know what, im glad Kayel is saying what he has to say..Im proud of him, as I am proud of TKA as a whole and there new albulm. So u know what, dont stop kayel, cause I like to hear what you got to say....And much2fresh...Thats harsh! Considering that I am a teen of the age of 13. I am NOT looking for no band...TKA isnt a band...They are 3 guys that I love and support. They are 3 PEOPLE...People like us...Yes, I love there music, and I always will, but thats not even it...These guys are amazing...But you know what...Let me not say more, because they know how I feel about them...so Pe@ce..And as it goes for Willie..Im not saying nothing cause I dont know anything that has been going on between you guys...lol..I wasnt there, so my mouth is shut...

however.....Tka....has made great music I love them and supprt them dearly...unfortunalty I haven't gotten the new cd, to give my opinion.

Now it all makes sense. I was wondering why this Crystal2001 liked the TKA album so much. If you're only 13, then you weren't even born yet when TKA was making their mark. You don't see how they went from rocking hardcore freestyle to trying to be like the backstreet boys. It's a real shame what people will do for money. TKA was a great group. Keyword being WAS.
 
Oh hell noooooo!...😡....Hmmm, I was waiting for this one! Now you know what...You DO NOT know me at all Much2Fresh. I may not have been even thought of at that time, but you know what!? For my age, I know a whole lot of Freestyle. Maybe not EVERYTHING, but I know my shit. AND I think I know the diffrence between Freestyle, and the sound on that albulm right now. I do have there old and new albulm, as I do have MANY other artists that are FREESTYLE! Now, I defend them, why? Because I had always liked them. When I was a baby, my mom had these parties every weekend...They listened to ONLY Freestyle, and as I got older, Freestyle is the only thing that stuck to me. These past 3 years, I have been through so many sites, to find rare freestyle songs..I have recorded every mix every weekend. I have every record on every song...And PLENTY of CDS. Now, I personally LOVE TKA, not only because they are artists that I have met or heard of..But because they are people. People like all of us..They arent no diffrent! I think you should treat them with the respect you would give others..If you even do that. Now i dont know you, im just takin it how you represent yourself. TKA was Freestyle back then...We didnt know if they were going to come back or not...I heard about them breaking up, Ive read interviews, I know as much as I need to know...And you know what...Although I dont listen to ANYTHING but freestyle, this albulm is GREAT. Thats MY opinion, I could care less of what you think about MINE. Im sure you dont care what I think about yours, but we still go on, dont we? And why? because we have a right to defend ourselves, but at least I am very positve, and not negative about or with my opinions. We know you dont like it, but DAMN MAN!! Just you dont DARE bring up my age and tell me how it is! I know more than you think!

You shouldn't get all fired up with that comment about your age. We were all there once! I'm 21 know but the first time I got into freestyle I was in middle school in 6th grade I must have been like 12 years old and you know what???? My first freestyle song was "Lounder than love" Ever since then I loved TKA....because that is where my freestyle roots started!!!

Yah your'e 13 but you know what.....you probably got more knowledge of freestyle than me on the subject. Thanks to this site I have learned so much from everyone on freestyle!

ONe more thing....I also feel that people should get off' tka's back stop sweating them so much obviously if you dislike their style then leave it alone.....leave it for the ones who like it. Nothing' but haters......it's ok to say you don't like their record and all but you just getting on some hating shit.......don't hate the playa hate the game!
