This tale has most of the spanglish of our youth LOL
Meri Christmah

Era the night before Christmas and all through
The casa,
Not a creature was stirring - Oye! Que pasa?

Los ninos were tucked away in their camas,
Some in long underwear, some in pijamas.

While hanging the stockings con mucho cuidado
In hopes that old Santa se sintiera obligado

To bring all the children, both buenos y malos,
A nice batch of dulces y otros regalos.

Outside en la calle there arose such a grito
That I jumped to my feet y cage un mojoncito.

I ran to the window y mire pa` fuera,
And who in the world do you think que era?

And driving his sleigh instead of venados
Were eight little horses atterrizando volados.

I watched as they came and this loud little
hombre
Was shouting "Que Vola!" and calling by nombre:

"Ay Pepe, ay Juan, ay Manolo, ay Lazaro,

He flew to the top of our very own techo.

He looked around but could not find,
Then he yelled "Oye brother aqui no hay chimenea!"
So he came through the back and into the sala,
When he saw our tree he said, "Cono! que cosa mas fea"

With riza and joy, he left plenty of toys.
He brought us felizidad and said "ya me voy".
As he was leaving I heard him exclaim,
"Meri Chrismah! pa`todos y Feliz Ano Nuevo".

LOL! That waz funny!
Besides "Merry Crismah",
We also have:
"Happy Sanszgibbing"
& "Happy Nu-jee-aL". -LOL!
Oh, & Halloween: "Treeko-Tree".🙂

"..Ayy mija, pa treeko-tree, el nene lo vesti de Niñah (ninja), y la nena de "Ponking". (pumpkin). LMAO!

Stop sign: "El Estop".

Stephanie: "Estéfanie"

Vanessa: "Bah-nessa"
LOL!!!! - That one ALWAYS KILLS ME!

CHILD: "Maaa!..."

- lol.

"Tu no te mandas, Asi que mira ver!"

When losing a game or money:
"Mé chu-po la bruja".

Sandwich: "Sangui" - LOL!

Cheez-Wiz: "Chee-wee".

"Señor damé pasenscia!"

& If you were gettin' hit, & u put your arm up to block yourself: .."OH, ME VAS A DAR??!...ME VAS A HALSAR LA MANO??!! - (& then it would just get worse - lol)

"Mija, este nene no me suerta ni pies ni pisa" - lol.
