I'm from Miami and I hear this song on the radio once a while. I thinks its a early/mid 90's song. Female singer, and the lyrics I remember talk about "Security" and she says it in Spanish too, "La seguridad". and theres eerie synthesizer riff's. If this helps theres two main riffs:
in a high octave : di -da -dida- di- da- dida
then in a low octave: dodo di dodo,
I cant remember any more lyrics, I dont think theres much more to the song, she just repeats that a few other things which i dont recall.
