Subject: Can someone ID this disco song?

The lyrics have something about peurto rico, like "The music's hot, in Puerto Rico". The beginning of the song has the sound of an airplane landing, and the stewardess or captain welcoming everyone to peurto rico. Puerto rico is mentioned throughout the song, but I cant seem to find out who sings it. If anyone can help, that would be great. Thanks.
