Usher is sueing JLo for using his beat in that "Get Right" song. Yep! That's right.

She's been sued before too for the same thing because she used it without permission.
 
I never understood how artist sample music from other artists without asking. Did they think no one would find out?

Actually, Mary J. Blidge is getting sued too, by the people who wrote Madonna's song "Holiday". They say one of Mary's songs is too similar to it.

I don't that that Madonna is actually involved, because she didn't write the words or music to that song.

It's a viscious cycle because the "younger" crowd who listen to a "current" beat think it's new or "fresh" not knowing that their parents were grooving to that same beat 10-20 years ago.

Most artists today get the big middle finger from yours truly for not getting off their lazy overpaid ass and actually create some original beats.

USHERS nothing But a ugly Big nose Ugly Money whore!!!!!!!Everyone samples, everyone sues,Im sure he did not original come up with those beats, everyone bites from each other,that's the way it is in every music genre is.Im sure Jennifer's music producers came up with the beat and she just said ok, unknowing like most artists do.Usher sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awww, I still love JLo.
I don't really like the new song, but I support her, after all (as my mom says:
"she's one of us"). - A Latina / a Boricua, jus' doing her thang. 🙂

And of course we all know she's a big Freestyle supporter, & has mentioned the genre, & it's artists, on many interviews.
Usher is Feo con cojones. Only thing cute on him is his six-pack stomach.
I'm sure if anyone's geting sued, it's prob her producers, ...not JLo.

It's an Usher beat that he didn't want on his "Confessions" CD and was planning on putting it on the next one.
