Im not forced to get to know them. unlike corporate today. and corporate yesterday llloll.

today in corporate people are Forced have to know each other on a personal level in order to get anything done.

under my plan that would exterminated. llllolll. and wed go back to employee respect.

and you have your choice of getting to know somebody or not. talking to them or not etc,.

and the only thing forced to talk to your employee about is work thats all.

anything else would be voluntary. but not encouraged. and there be rules to protect you.

if you didnt wanna get personal in the office. or if you didnt wanna have personal exchange. it would nt be held against you. during your time there.

But.. thats the way it is anyways... I am not forced to be friends with anyone, or get personal... Nobody I know is forced to bring their personal lives into Continental Airlines... How do you figure that everyone is forced to get personal, or if they dont, it is held against them??? But I am glad that your limo job is as cush as it sounds, and I am happy for you that you are happy doing it... Thats really nice..

Okay... the Frat isnt part of the organization.. The frat is part of the socialization.. you know.. making friends, chit chatting away.. I have you know that Continental and the TSA, while at times our existence may be grotesque to some of you, are both very professional in what we do and how we do it. The chatting away is simply a way to make friends. There are times at work when I may be very quiet, but noone ever calls me on it.. I have never been fired for being too quiet... I know many people who dont talk AT ALL about their personal lives at work and they are NEVER looked upon like they are difficult or anal... I dont know what corporation you have worked for, but the companies that I have worked for, that has NEVER been a problem...
