I had such a good time last night, that I gotta let everyone know. Went and saw a Bon Jovi tribute band, called Slippery When Wet, and they were just amazing! I've seen them before, and no matter how many times I see them, it seems as though they get better with each show. They kicked ass last night! (as they always do!) They honestly sound like Bon Jovi and some of the members look like BJ back in the 80's with the hair and clothes.

Gotta give love to my girls Maci and Jenny for going out last night. And Maci..."blood on blood....one on one, and I'll be there for you till kingdom come." You know that song is you and I! *mwuahs*

They have another show coming up in 2 weeks...Saturday, December 21. If any of you out there like Bon Jovi or are interested in checking them out, lemme know and I can hook you up with directions and info. As I said, they are awesome and I look forward to seeing them again! 🙂

Yeah I've heard of them, and have gotten audio clips. There good, but NOTHING compares to my Bon Jovi!!!!!!!! 🙂 I've seen other "tribute" Bon Jovi bands, and they were so so. But the guys in SSW (Slippery When Wet) have it down pat!! The lead singer looks like Jon, the guitarist looks like Richie and the bassist, keyboardist and drummer are all awesome. They are talented and they work well together. It really feels as though you're at a Bon Jovi concert!

LOL DreamGirl....Im a BonJovi freak too... I know Mike the singer of SWW personally...I'll post a pic of him and I..we were all hanging out when I went to NJ to visit my friends that are in the band Rock Kandy. Hes a nice guy...but Ive honestly seen better BJ tributes out there believe it or not!

That's cool that you know Mike. I've also seen Rock Kandy...there good. I don't know Mike all that well, but my friends and I have become cool with the band, cause of all the shows we've been to. When they finish their performance, they like to hang out in the crowd for awhile, and we usually end up talking to them and hanging out for a bit. I keep meaning to get pics with them, but either I don't have my camera, or I run out of film. LOL I'm seeing them again in 2 weeks, so maybe then I'll get them. But they're a cool bunch. Sean had my cracking up last night.

It's always nice too see more Bon Jovi freaks in here! 🙂 And yes, definately had fun last night. And well I hate Hoboken, so to go see them was a big deal for me. Oh, they're back in Bayonne on January 31...letting ya know now. LOL But we'll see what happens in 2 weeks. I posted a review on their page. 🙂

Girls im 29 and I have loved BJ since I was 13!!!! back in THE DAY!
I was known in high school as the Bon Jovi Queen! LOL.....and everyone that remembers me from those days remembers that... LOL how funny!

Yeah everyone from grammar school still call's me Jovi's girl. LOL I literally grew up with them. They blew up when I was still a kid, and thanks to my older cousin, I got hooked on them!! And I still love them! And I love the new album. My signature is taken from the new cd. It's part of the lyrics from "No Regrets."
