Hey I'm on Slim Fast. I love their Strawberries and Cream shake. I also have the chocolate shake. They have a meal bar that's Strawberries and Cream too and it's delicious. So I've been dedicated where I have it in the morning and for lunch and then eat my regular dinner but a minimal portion. I need to shed at least 30 lbs.

Has anybody ever had Slim Fast? Did it work for you?

I tried Slim Fast years ago. Did nothing for me.

Maybe it would work now.

Well it's been working for me as far as curbing my appetite. Once I have a shake or a meal bar, I'm not hungry for a couple of hours. Where before, I was snacking in between. That's my problem, snacks. Like Goldfish, pretzels, sometimes cookies. So I don't want that anymore because I'm getting older and I want to look good when I'm older. 😀
