Hey has anyone ever heard anyting off sirius radio? How exactly does it work?

See I just bought a new deck for my car and it's Sirius compatible...I just have to buy an adaptor...but I was wondering if it's worth my while or not.

I just put one in my car. een in there for about a month and a half now. Haven't listened to FM since.

Sirius is the only one to play FS music too 🙂

The Beat plays it randomly throughout the day and also has a FS show on Wednesdays.

On Fridays on the Remix channel, Mickey Garcia has a show.

I have Sirius and to be honest, I'm not all that impressed. I liked it at first and it certainly beats FM radio, but just like FM, they play the same songs over and over and over, the only thing is that your choices of stations are great, so you can flip around more. But again, once you find a station and type of music you like, you'll hear the same songs again and again (especially since it's commercial free). I wish the programmers would dig a little further into the archives instead of "formula." The Strobe is a great classic disco station that throws in a freestyle jam every now and again.

The reason why I may get it cuz up here there are only 2 stations I listen to on FM but the reception on them is very poor and the music isn't that good just tolerable...so that's why I'm considering Sirius
