Damn Pete.........you ain't kiddin'. This is my first time hearing this track and the shit's on point! Her voice is amazing, almost reminds me of Pink's. She has that gritty, natural thing going on. And the hook is very 80's, Freestyle-ish.

Who's the mastermind behind this collabaration....my gawd!
 
Okay... I think this has been talked about on previous boards BUT I wonder... what do you think makes a song "Freestyle"? You mention the Freestyle elements in the song (which is definitely hot as hell). What do you think they are? I mean... I know what I hear and love about Freestyle... the beat... the lyrical content... and usually a certain way that the verses, bridges, and choruses come together BUT what is "essential" for a song to be Freestyle???
 
Carlito in case you didnt know, Fergie is the name of the girl from Black Eyed Peas, and back in the day she was on the show Kids Incorporated when she was a little girl. Her real name is Stacy Ann Ferguson and she was in a group called Wild Orchid. I believe I heard somewhere that she is mixed with Hispanic. If you see the video for Shut Up, shes looks sooooo beautiful.
