The funny thing is my 4 yr old came home one day from Pre-K and told me that there isn't a real santa claus. 😱 I couldn't believe it!

I was also lied to about the toothe ferry almost wanting to take all my teeth out so I can make some money!

It's difficult, you don't want to lie, but at the same time, sometimes young kids dont need to know the whole truth.
Whenever necessary I try to sugar coat things or phrase it so it's not entirely the truth but also not really a lie either.
I"ve learned that you have to be careful what you say to kids.
