Staring out the window,
Watching time passing by,
As the seasons change,
Right through your eyes.
I can see the coldness,
As I try to look into your past,
I can see the sun,
But this brightness never lasts.
Winter always seems longer,
Longer than summer, spring and fall,
I can see everything within your eyes,
But I cant seem to find love at all.
Have you excluded me from your vision?
Have I invaded your space?
You closed up on me,
My time spent here has been a waste.
So staring out the window,
Watching time passing by,
As the seasons change,
You will see tears flowing from my eyes.
You can see the coldness,
Passed on from you to me,
Winter seems the longest,
And love wasnt what I thought it would be.
It never existed,
You didnt have it in you,
Winter invaded your space,
And it invaded mines too.
