Well, the preliminary hearing has started in the case against Scott Peterson. So far, they have been discussing DNA...specifically, a hair that came from Laci that was found in pliers in his boat. Im very anxious to hear what comes out when certain people testify...like Amber Frey, Laci's sister Amy who was the last person to see them before she disappeared, and their housekeeper (they want to prove that she was int he house a day or 2 before the murder...and that scott used cleaning fluids to get rid of evidence like blood). You can be sure that htis case will be going to trial. I just hope that justice is served for the sake of Laci and Connor.

Oh and by the way...the USA network is doing a movie about this...and Dean Cain will play Scott Peterson. I think Dean is way too handsome to play that moron.

:lol OH hell yeah that will probably happen to him for sure. I heard from people that been locked up that prisoners always get those guys that has a case involving women and children. :lol

I think the housekeeper is supposed to testify today...should be interesting...besides other things, they are going to question her about Laci's physical state prior to her disappearance...supposedly she told the housekeeper that she was extremely tired..and if that is true, they may want to prove that she was too tired to walk her dog that morning...which goes back to the possibily that Scott killed her the night before Christmas eve.
