This is, of course, the third film in the series that started with Scary Movie and Scary Movie 2.
Premise:
This is the comedic "story of an orphan who embarks on a magical quest around the world and beyond to rid the universe of evil" As the title suggests, this time, the spoofing targets are fantasy and sci-fi epics like Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Star Wars. There will most likely be many other films spoofed... especially films released in 2001 amd 2002. The Matrix trilogy also seems likely as a "sci-fi epic" target.
Filming:
Production is scheduled to start in February, 2003 in Los Angeles.
