it's the current "hot" disease nowadays after anthrax, west nile virus, and norwalk. anyone's schools going crazy about this pneumonia strain that apparently has no cure? how about the people like chica who are from scarborough where the virus is spreading the most? it's driving me nuts but giving me a great break from the iraq coverage 🙂

well we are just all worried and the worst thing is, we don't know what we're supposed to hide from? I mean is it a handshake? a cough? a touch? I don't have a clue how this disease transports itself... all I know is that it's f*cking scarry...
They say it is coming from the asian population... how should i feel when UofT at St George is 90% asian? And knowing that it happened in scarborough, damn I can't imagine what to do... i take the TTC so there is no hiding from the people...
but it really sucks tho 🙁 i hope they find the reason behind it and of course the cure...

u have to be pretty close (1-2meters) to someone that has it in order to get it or by kissing someone that has it. i got all the info on it at work 'cause i deal with the public on a daily basis. we all got masks to wear
