Anyone have any mix tapes from the Berryessa Flea Market such as those cheapy ones that they used to sell years back that were there for the moment for about 5 for $20 or somethin' but they sounded coo. There used to be a little dj store by the mariachi BBQ thing where there was a list of freestyle mixes, and someone would get them super fast recorded by some dude, thus was back in 95-98. Also they used to have at Time Warp in the Flea Market and at Hit Factory these yellow tapes from 1-45. It was plain yellow with the song/artist in the front with the word freestyle at the bottom, these were a good collection, any body got these freestyle mixes, or any mixes from other Dj stores!? The yellow tapes are not available anymore, and there's a yellow mixtape somewhere @ #30-40
that includes the songs : "Love's Got Me" by Lili, "All I do Is Cry" by Babydoll, "Wait For You" by Stephanie Morano, and "Tonight" by Miguel Reyes Feat. Sammy C> Well, here's a list of some of the one's I have:

I use to buy them cheap ass tapes back in da days, but I was a lil kid sipping on some snow cones, but in San Jo they have a good place to buy freestyle cd's, STAR Records, I don't know if they are still around, but I bought Adam Marano's tape, and it had one tight track "I'll be waiting for you" TIGHT ASS JAM!
 
Time Warp Use to Be On Santa Clara And 23rd But Got RElocated tO tHE SJ swap meet. Knight Sounds On KIng and 101 has A huge selection of freestyle on 12" vinal, and a ok selection of cd's , but RAsPuTaNs In San Leandro Has Alot Of Freestyle, Bascom Store Sucks Now. Milpitas Great Mall has a Booth That Sells Freestyle cd's and B-boy DVD's. Thats All I know of. The Rest Of the Places just sell the same ol' same ol.

I got a gang of those tapes from the flea market. I probably have about 30 - 40 of those mixtapes. I`ve been trying to find someone who can transfer the music from the tapes onto a cd.

Every now and then I`ll listen to them after I`ve gone through my entire cd collection. People keep telling me to get rid of them and I`m like what you crazy? These are classics. I need to find someone who can transfer them onto a cd. In fact I`m going to go listen to them this tonight.
 
This is to all of you in the San Jose Area, can anyone help me find a copy of Danny Z-Can't Let You Go or Timmy T-My Exceptional Girl on Jam City Records. I'm sure someone there can help out.

Hey, Whats up. I never heard of Danny Z, But that Timmy T can be found Just about evry where. Its on his Full Length "Time after Time" or Timmy T "self titaled album" (zyx) Or better yet.........www.zyxmusic.com click on freestyle and then click on "T" for timmy.

Just Keep In Mind The "All For Love" Album SUCKS and has no freestyle, so make sure you get his "Greatest Hits" or "Time after Time" album, (wich by the way or 100% the same, just zyx republished it under greatest hits)
 
i need the actual 12" record not the cd. If anyone can help please e-mail me. Either Danny Z/Can't Let You Go or Timmy T-My Exceptional Girl, both are on Jam City Records out of Fresno.
