I am looking for Safire's Boy I've been told album. Not the single. There is a song that she sings with Marc Anthony that I love and he also wrote most of the album :crap
 
The album has been OOP for a while, but if you check E-Bay regularly, I am sure you can find a copy...
 
I managed to get two copies many months ago from Ebay. They go for like $17-$25. Worth it. 😉
 
Yeah there is a sa-fire album on ebay right now going for like $32. You know whats funny, over here in Cali I went to the Wherehouse and I bought two of sa-fires albums from the used section. I wasn't born yesterday was only $2 and the boy i was told cd was like $6. lol that made my day.

i have my original 12" and the cd of "safire" the album every since they were first available. i could never sell my stuff on ebay, they are part of my memories. but i guess it's good that some people do sell for those who want these cd's.

i agree one of the best places to go for discontinued music would be music warehouses, or smaller music shops that sell used music. a couple of months ago i found SAFIRE's "made up my mind" maxi-single on 5" cd. it's a really cool it has a pull out poster of her. I never knew this song was available on cd, from what i understand it was a available on a limited basis. i also got the cd maxi-single 5" of "thinking of you".
 
THE SONG "TOGETHER" WITH MARC ANTHONY I HAVE THE WHOLE ALBUM AND IT GREAT.....

HE SINGS ONE LINE IN THE SONG BUT HE DOES THE BACKGROUND MOSTLY

Loco, where did you find the CD single of "Thinking of You"? Does it have the Boy I've Been Told house remix on it? I've been trying to find that forever on CD. Thanks.

I was in a store by my wifes job and they literally had tons of her album, brand new in shrink rap for like $1 each. i believe the store was on PARK AVE, just south of 26th st.

i have the cassette single. it has a spanish and english version of "THINKING OF YOU". What fond memories i have with that song!
 
I have to thank you Kenny. I found her album on half.com. Go it for 30 bucks but because it's a collectors item money was no object. Now I have another question for you. Who sang "Devil in my Heart" and do you know where i can get it. A friend of mine is looking for the singer and the song. She said she would pay for it ( I guess that makes it two questions.lol)
 
I have to agree with BERP I went crazy looking for it because Marc Anthony wrote it. But its funny that I did that because he sang one line in the song. He should do a freestyle record. I miss him. Safire was off the hook then and she still is.

i actually got the "thinking of you" maxi-cd single from germany. i have been wanting to hear the spanish & instrumental version for years and never knew it was avaible on cd. i only have it on 12" vinyl. it does include the the house music mix of BOY IVE BEEN TOLD.
