"Sacifes of Love" freestyle mix by DJ Aztec

Does any one know where to get this tape? I heard this mix in '98. I can honestly say that it is the absolute BEST freestyle cassette I have EVER heard. (And I've heard soo many mixes) Of course the second best has to go to DJ Raymo's: "True love never dies vol. 2"...
O.k. But seriously though...
