Just picked it up yesterday at Sam Goody. Love the song and the mixes, but just curious as to why this single was released so much later than the last single.

In any case, run out and support the release of this single. The singles market is almost completely dead and it's important to support if or we'll never be able to get hold of the mixes we want, unless we download them, and we all know how the industry feels about THAT.

the song is hot... as i said elsewhere on CF.. I've had it for a while... & it was also on the Instant Pleasure album which has been out for 2 years now.
Rockell has been quiet.. i know she has a son... I was told she wanted to keep it low for a while & spend time w/ him. now she's looking to start up again.. & they are using the "tears" single to get her out there... NOT a bad track to use either...
 
I love it; always thought it was a great track from "Instant Pleasure." I thought they should've pushed that album more. It had some great stuff on it but didn't see the same success as her debut album.
 
I think the remix is dope! If she makes a video, I think they should definately use the remix version. Especially with all the commercial success that house music is having lately.

It also has the sexiest cover pic since "Bringing Back The Groove"!

i got the single last tues and i like it,i support getting cd singles because of the different versions it has,like on the johnny o single (diane) it has a slow jam version of (fant. girl)and that is an awesome version............vapro

long time man...hope everything's good with you. i also got the single "tears" and it's hot, my favorite song from her last album. not to crazy about the remixes but hopefully it will get mad airtime on ktu and other stations everywhere. looking forward for new material from rockell soon!

I would have picked up the single, but there asking for 8.98 for it. I can buy the album for 13.98? Angelina's NEW album for 10.98 at street light records.

the house version killed the song. sounds terrible. i hope the radio stations pick up the album version for airplay.
 
I've heard the dezrock club mix version and I think the beginning is awesome...i like the 'drama'....but it gets kinda weak there after. do the other versions start like that as well?

i was hoping the club mix would be like her 'what you did' club mix... it got all crazy and sh*t at the end...
 
Of course, I'm prefering the Tony Moran's original version, definitely the best one.
I don't like the Dezrock versions. I'm a lil' bit more exiting by the DJ Volume remixes.
Even if I'm a bit disappointed by those mixes, I'm staying a big fan of Rockell.
